“Every time I'm here, the customer service is absolutely top notch. Even if you pay an extra dollar for one thing or another compared to the post office or UPS, it's quite worth it. Convenience, Professional Service, variety of services and even the nice knick knacks and extra locally produced Goods that they sell in the store, all worth the extra dollar!”

“Always great service and honest people. They will help you package your products and use the most efficient methods if possible. The value is worth the trip in instead of driving around to different places to ship as they ship through all major services (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). I have always just requested the basic shipping services and the service has always been top notch and everyone is always so polite and professional.”

“I walked in with a FedEx envelope in my hand, the nice young lady was working with another person, while waiting for the person to complete the form, the staff walked over to me, took the envelope, checked it in, and told me that receipt will quickly print and have a nice day. I got my receipt and left the facility. She returned to help the other person who was finalizing her form.”

“I can't thank you folks over at the Gurnee store enough! I would especially like to thank Brittney for such wonderful customer service. I have been working on a special printing/laminating project for a couple weeks and they were wonderful helping me out the first time around. However, I needed to go back for an additional page I had added to the project. I live about 30 minutes away, and I didn't want to make the drive, so I figured I would go to UPS that's down the street from me, big mistake!!! They weren't able to help me out, they were short handed and just a really bad experience all around. I then went back to FedEx and Brittney greeted me right away when I walked in, just like they had greeted me the first time I went. She then proceeded to ask me what I needed and to show me how I could do it myself. But when she realized I was not going to be able to do it on my own, she went and did it for me. Something that UPS, just let me struggle and didn't help me out!!! Additionally, I saw that as I was driving away Brittney was going on her lunch break, so I think she postponed her break a little in order to help me out!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH Brittney!!!”
