“Bought the most comfortable recliners that we've ever seen. Expensive, but worth every penny hopefully. We'll see in ten years. Angel Montero at the Gurnee store was very helpful, very patient. My only complaint is the LONG LONG delivery time. We have to wait 10 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. That almost ruined it.”
“Floor & Decor really has the largest selection, best prices and amazing customer service. Sarahi gave us the best price! I'm due in 2 weeks and decided now was the perfect time to redo floors. I thought shipping would be quick but it turned out to be 2-3 weeks. This location only had 27 out of the 59 boxes we needed so I was in panic mode. Sarahi went above and beyond calling other locations not only for stock but also to match the price! I am forever grateful for all of Sarahi assistance! “This place has a good selection, but it is really overwhelming and unorganized. We went on a Saturday but there were no carts anywhere to be found.
Also was hard to find a person that worked there to help, and while there is a larger selection at the combined store it was really congested. It just seemed like there was a lot of unorganization and disarray. Now this could be because we went on a Saturday, but Ive been to a lot of stand alone Home Goods and it didnt feel the same.”

“Adrian and the Pick-Up area people are really nice and made my experience shopping at VCF easy. I arrived at the dock 2 hours before opening (my mistake) but the dock people heard me outside, opened for me and got my furniture loaded.”
