This was the worst Macy's I think I've ever been to. The store was very disorganized and the staff was bordering on rude. The items I was looking for were very hard to find if they had them at all and worse yet way over priced for what should be there "clearing house" venue "Macey's Backstage".

Store was neat, clean, and organized. Was disappointed to find 2 out of 3 fitting rooms closed. Was pleased to check out in the shoe department with Liz. She is a lovely person, friendly and helpful.
