“These guys went out of there way to ship a huge box. I didnt have anyone who would ship it and they went out of there way to make a custom box. The amount of time they had to put into shipping my package went above and beyond what other shippers have done in the past. Very nice people as well.”

“Always great service and honest people. They will help you package your products and use the most efficient methods if possible. The value is worth the trip in instead of driving around to different places to ship as they ship through all major services (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). I have always just requested the basic shipping services and the service has always been top notch and everyone is always so polite and professional.”

“Hallie went above and beyond to help me make sure I sent in my Samsung trade-in package on time. We were having trouble printing the label, and I was in a rush during my lunch break, but she stayed patient and made sure everything was handled. She even made sure the package was submitted before the 5pm pickup so I wouldn’t miss my trade-in deadline (which happened to be my last day to turn it in!). Hallie even called me afterwards to let me know FedEx picked up their final shipment. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!”

If you arrive early, they do their best to accommodate you and get you a spot right away. The gentleman who loaded my truck was especially helpful — very nice, hardworking, and professional. “Mirtha was very polite and helpful. She answered all my questions. She also told me that because of where the store is located and my son's address are close, that my package would arrive the next day. This was great information to have. My son is college student so we will be sending more packages. The cost was also lower than I expected.”

“I placed an online order for some prints last night. Online it said it would be ready the next morning. I got a call 10 minutes later saying it was ready. When I went to pick up the order I noticed it was the wrong size. I was in a hurry and couldn't stay to get it fixed. The next day, this morning, I wanted to go back and order it online. And again I clicked on the11x17. But again I didnt trust the system. I went to the store and talked to the lady. And im sorry I didnt get her name. She was so patient with me. And I explained what happened. Even showed her on the phone that when I click 11x17 paper. She managed to reprint and laminate for myself. Thank you again for the great customer service. Will definitely come back for some more printing.”

Ben is the one I have the most interaction with… He is always so nice and professional and goes out of his way to make sure I know when my packages are there and when I need to get them picked up. Totally a five star experience at this location.”
