“We prefer to drop off packages here more than going directly to the UPS store just down the road. It has to do with the attitude of the staff. The staff here acts like they actually want to help you.”
“These guys went out of there way to ship a huge box. I didnt have anyone who would ship it and they went out of there way to make a custom box. The amount of time they had to put into shipping my package went above and beyond what other shippers have done in the past. Very nice people as well.”

I called the location there in Waukegan and the Manager Rachell retrieved it for me. Very professional, very pleasant to deal with.

I have always just requested the basic shipping services and the service has always been top notch and everyone is always so polite and professional.”
“Hallie went above and beyond to help me make sure I sent in my Samsung trade-in package on time. We were having trouble printing the label, and I was in a rush during my lunch break, but she stayed patient and made sure everything was handled. She even made sure the package was submitted before the 5pm pickup so I wouldn’t miss my trade-in deadline (which happened to be my last day to turn it in!).

“I placed an online order for some prints last night. Online it said it would be ready the next morning. I got a call 10 minutes later saying it was ready. When I went to pick up the order I noticed it was the wrong size. I was in a hurry and couldn't stay to get it fixed. The next day, this morning, I wanted to go back and order it online. And again I clicked on the11x17. But again I didnt trust the system. I went to the store and talked to the lady. And im sorry I didnt get her name. She was so patient with me. And I explained what happened. Even showed her on the phone that when I click 11x17 paper. She managed to reprint and laminate for myself. Thank you again for the great customer service. Will definitely come back for some more printing.”
