“My 2013 ATS only has 83.000 miles on it started missing and the stability control system would automatically shut off along with a new check engine light comming on.I thought I had bad gas and put in fuel injector cleaner and a obtain booster.Well that did not cure the problem.Mieneke had previously repaired a coolant leak problem and they fixed that very quickly and did a pressure test to prove it was not a head gasket leak.My car was also overheating again at Idol while running the AC.I called in f or appointment for them to check out these problems.I did wait 3 days to get it in,because this shop is very busy because of their great reliability and sercice.My car was diagnosed with bad coil on cylinder 2 ,needed new spark plugs and new cooling fan.They saved me alot of money on all the parts,and were even able to change the oil while they had it.I took it in at 10:am in the morning and had it back at 8:30am the next day.This car is now running better than ever.I would highly recommend this the shop to anyone having car problems. We set up appointment for me to view and test drive it. It is a used 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXS. It is one of the nicest cars I have owned. Ben was very courteous and attentive. I will recommend Ben and Zimmerman Honda to others. I definitely will look at Zimmerman for my next used car.”
“Trina (service dept) was so extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience so fast and easy as always! She called me to discuss diagnosis and resolution. She also let me know the work would be covered under my extended warranty. Trina is very knowledgeable and personable. I was so excited and happy when I picked my truck up I asked if I could hug her, she didn't hesitate and said of course. Told her she had jst made my whole month better already! “I called this morning, explained my car through a code4/29/24, & explained that I had to travel out of town on 5/1/24. Although, they were really busy, he said to drop it off, the mechanics tested everything/drive it, & said there were not even stored codes. He said that if it comes back on come back. It is $60 to test it and he did not charge me. They all are professional; they are affordable. And several of my friends recommended this place because their work and word are reputable! I will always take my car here and they have gained another two customers because of the excellent service overall. Thank you”

“My wife and I are traveling across the USA with our two dogs, pulling a fifth wheel in our 2022 GMC 2500 HD AT4. We broke down on the highway and had our pickup towed into Green Chevrolet as they opened up on a Saturday morning. Rob the service manager not only worked me into his already busy schedule, but also lent us his personal vehicle for use while we waited. Rob's team quickly diagnosed the repairs needed and commenced. An off-duty tech named Kyle even came in on his day off to help clear codes on my emission systems.
I would give this team 10 stars in I could. They took care of me like family at a time when I was vulnerable and in a position that some less scrupulous folks might see as an opportunity.

“Had a window replaced a while back, finally got around to calling about my wipers not working properly after replacement. I assumed I was gonna have trouble because customer service is generally terrible lately. They sent to Robbie check it out and he was awesome about the whole thing, said I should have called sooner for them to fix. He replaced my window and now my wipers work right again! He was more than I expected for customer service. Great kid on their team. I appreciate good customer service, but great service is almost non existent anymore. Thanks Robbie.”
“Took my 2001 BMW 330i here, had so much things that needed to be done to it such as, cooling lines, 12 codes, and a ticking noise. In under a few days drew and the other male fixed it and got it running better than ever before. They also are honest and fair prices. Highly would recommend this place!”

He was so knowledgeable on both vehicles we looked at, he made sure we new every single detail about our new purchase before we left the dealership, he didn’t pressure us into purchasing and he was phenomenal with our 5yr old! Was not satisfied with our finance experience as Jeremie gave off a negative attitude, was not personable, would only speak to my partner and treated me as though I didn’t exist or like he was scared of me, he didn’t listen to what we would tell him and he even missed getting an important signature from me that required me to come back at his demand. “I can't thanks this establishment enough. We were driving from Chicago to Iowa City when we got a slow leak in our tire. I called to Erickson's and they told me to be there at 1:30. It was only about 90 minutes and we still needed to make it there. After filing the tire 5 times to get there (the slow leak came a monster), we pulled in at 1:20. In no time, the car was pulled into the bay and found it was beyond repair. But, lucky for us we had a full size spare. They put the spare on and gave us our old tire and all of that happened in about 15 minutes. More than enough time to get to Iowa. City for the weekend wedding we were attending. So, thank you a million times for being kind, finding time for us and the VERY inexpensive bill at the end. Just amazing and so kind. If we lived in Moline, I would have brought you cookies. DEB”

“Allan Pairrett is the best service manager. Had problems with my convertible top just after purchase and he and Brian Nunn figured it out.
A few months ago, my check engine light appeared as I passed the dealership. Allen stated that a restart with no check engine light reappearing may indicate a gas problem. Problem solved.
Today, Allan and a mechanic determined that road noise which was driving me nuts was a garage door opener I placed in the car. Love this dealer!!!”
