“The service was very nice and friendly! Dominique cleaned up our room very well and was really nice to us! Location may be a little sketchy to non chicagoins but nothing to worry about. Very affordable with a great staff!”

“So we stayed extended at this motel and I wanted to give credit where credit was due. First and foremost, shout out to Sandy who works behind the front desk. She is very efficient at her job and cares about customer experience. She was so very kind our entire stay. Also, officer Young was a nice dude. He has to come around with Sandy to make sure everyone is checking out on time and he does it with poise. I'm glad they gave her backup. Now for the rooms. I enjoyed the shower it was very spacious. I wish there was better water pressure but having working water worked for me. Never had plumbing issues with anything so that was good too. Microwave and fridge worked well, and beds were comfy. AC never blew out once, and sheets and towels were fresh on our chosen days of Monday and Friday. The channels were decent (definitely grateful for comedy central) It was never super loud inside or outside of the motel and police were ever present. The young Indian guy who works the front desk was easy to work with and Ries on night shift is great as well; very pleasant and easy to talk to. I do have a few issues to speak of. Firstly, I did not care for the elderly housekeeper who works with her sons trying to get me kicked out. We cleaned our own room and she got disciplined for saying she did it and tried to take it out on us and that was foul as we were nothing but kind to her Everytime we saw her. I thought we were just making her workload a little lighter. Also, there is an elderly woman who works nights who can be very I'll mannered for no reason. She makes it known that she disapproves of less clothing by looking you up and down with the nastiest look on her face, judging as you walk by. I've seen her do it to other women and had to go through it myself. And the main takeaway is NO BEDBUGS NOT ONCE LBVS! I am so grateful we didn't have any big issues because sometimes that is definitely a problem. Overall I give it a 4 out of five stars and definitely will use this motel in the future if needed. Thank you to the staff for having us and helping us through a very trying time.”

“I was traveling into Chicago for business and I was looking for a good economy hotel room. Found this property but I was a little afraid of getting a room at this hotel since the reviews were bad so I wasn’t sure but the price was a good value for money. So, I went ahead and booked a room. The staff at the check in was very helpful, I was told by the front desk staff that the hotel was under new management. After getting in my room, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room. Even though the room needed some upgrades, sheets, towels and the bathroom was very clean and specially the internet was great.The location was Excellent just off 294 andI-80. I had to be in downtown Chicago and was only 30 minutes away. I will recommend this hotel.”
