When I couldn’t afford a brand spanking new tire and when we saw that the tire could not be plugged… they suggested a spare for cheap!! Which I didn’t even think of so Thank You Edwin! Your customer service was great! ? They are open on Sundays which is hard as ever to find around here. But thankfully they were open so I can get to work.”
“First time using this place for auto repairs and it was the first choice and BEST choice. I needed a full recon of work done on my Toyota rav4 and they went through everything I needed to fix asap and what could wait. I initially spoke with James on the phone, he told me I could bring my car in same morning and it will be checked thoroughly. Then I got the break down of everything with Matthew and it was a lot to cover but they offered me financing, since the maintenance was such hefty bill; which in turn allowed me to approve the work and let them get started right away. It was finished same day AND I got approved for the financing and was able to pick up the following morning. I really appreciate the kindness and consideration that was shown to me, especially around the holidays and we all need our cars. I’m so happy to be back on the road and appreciative to the team here. So lovely! And I will be referring anyone that needs car attention to this establishment!”

“My oil change service, which I scheduled online, was great! I waited in the roomy waiting area while my vehicle was being serviced. They added air to my tires, as the dashboard tire pressure light was on when I arrived, but off when I left.
The price of the oil change service was reasonable.
The staff were friendly as usual. I highly recommend Scott's U-Save Tires in Steger, IL. They aren't slick, if you know what I mean. That alone gives me a since of security that they appreciate and respect their customers. You should definitely consider them when your vehicle needs servicing.”

The Awesome young man, showed, explained in detail the rim & solution. I'm blessed to have seen this place& stopped, because I was told by another store I needed a new rim that rim was damaged, causing shaking in my car which was not true. The marvelous young man showed me my balancing on that tire came off & pointed out the balancing on the other tires. He took care of it, off I went, no more vibrating while driving and the cost was minuscule.”

“I've been to this location several times and have ALWAYS received excellent customer service. I usually make an appointment so I have never experienced long wait times. However, I went in for a flat tire repair without an appointment. I was told I could wait or leave the tire. I was told it would be about an hour so I chose to wait. I watched the tech not only fix and mount the repaired tire, he also checked the pressure in all 4 tires along with checking the tire lugs. This is my go to tire store and will continue to be.”

“If I had my may, I wouldn't go anywhere else BUT this place. I had some unsatisfactory results with a tire shop about a mile east of Tire Zone on the same 159th Street thoroughfare that Tire Zone is on. I decided that the next time I had tire trouble, I would go somewhere else. But on the very next tire issue I had, I started to go back to the unsatisfactory but familiar shop that I had been going to. When I got to the place, I just couldn't make that turn into their driveway. I was so dissatisfied with that place. So, I kept driving down 159th and stumbled across Tire Zone. I pulled in there and they fixed my tire. In the past, every time I went to the other place, I was told that my tire couldn't be fixed. So that forced me to buy a tire with a supposed guarantee, only to discover that my guarantee didn't cover a faulty stem that leaked air after only a day of being on my car. I have since been to Tire Zone two other times since they fixed the tire on my car. Both times, I bought tires that are still of good use. This is the only place I want to go to for tire concerns. I'm so glad that I refused to do the easy thing and keep going to that other place. Discovering Tire Zone was a good day for me.”
