“I know nothing about cars. I left the side door open on my 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan and ran the battery down. Easy fix for most people, but we just moved here and don't know any handy neighbors, so was left to figure it out myself. Went to the closest chain auto parts store near me and was offered a charger that had a motorcycle on the box. Associate was not sure it would work on a car, so I left and thankfully the SECOND closest auto parts store is O'Reilly and Mike helped me pick out just the right charger and took his time explaining how to use it. Great customer service!”

“Corey (Cory?) is a very helpful and smart individual. We spoke on the phone a few times for a serpentine belt kit. When I came in store for something unrelated on a different day, Corey remembered who I was and even updated me on the status of the belt kit shipment without even asking. Unfortunately, it has been over 10 days since I was told the kit would be there. Kit still has not arrived. The store associates are very helpful and professional. If i could rate Corey, he earned the 5 stars.”

“The staff at this location is simply elegant. Respectfull, attentive, courteous, good looking...etc etc. Store is well stocked, clean and merchandise is neatly organized. I am a regular customer and also neighbor, while i was doing my regular daily excercise behind the store earlier today, I noticed the staff were preparing some food. The smell was intriguing and mesmerasing at the very least. I approached cautiously and asked a member of the staff if today is a customer appreciation day. Lord and behold, the answer was a yes. I got myself together and went to the back to be little bit closer to the mesmerising smell of the food. While i was enjoying the smells, i couldnt help it but to have my way to the sweet cheeseburgers that was being prepared. I grabbed the buns, and some neatly sliced onions and some slices of ripe tomato, and made myself a double cheeseburger. I packed it in a to-go box and started heading back home. I coudnt wait till i get hometo taste it, so i decided to grab a bite while i was on the way. I opened the box slowly and grabbed the cheeseburger with both of my hands as the fine juices were dripping from the sides of the bun, and the smell of it was filling up my car...long story short, the food was amazingy delecious I got hypnotized and decided to go back and help myself to two more cheeseburgers........I highly recommend you do business at this location. You wont be disappointed.”

“Batteries Plus website said the car battery I needed was available in Northbrook, which would be 50 minutes from my house according to Google maps. I called the Oak Lawn store I've always gone to and was assisted by "Avi." He was patient as I explained I sought a higher end battery for my 25 year old Mercedes SL500. Not only was he quick to check stock and confirm he did have the battery your website reported wasn't in stock locally to me, but he also informed me of the dates the battery had arrived onto his shelves. Avi informed me of the store hours and said if I was going to be arriving near closing, I just needed to let him know. I arrived within 30 minutes and all went well as he provided me with my battery. “I buy most of my parts there the alternator I don't recommend because I brought one in December and the alternator was making my battery light come on and the mechanic said it was something bad inside the alternator so I had to have it replaced I didn't have to pay for the alternator but I had to pay $100 to have it put back in my car wasn't happy about that already paid 100 to have bad alternator installed.”

“I was in need of a auxiliary battery for my Jeep JL. After going to the competitor Autozone, they sent me on a wild goose chase to two stores assuring me the battery was at each location. I actually had them verify that it was there in the phone. Upon arrival, they told me it was a computer glitch in the inventory. Clearly was fed up at this point. I called O'Reilly's on Harlem and they confirmed they had the battery. Drove tot he store and they did. I was in and out. They also honored a veterans discount. This is now my go to auto parts store.”
