“Purchased Duracell battery November 2025. July of 2026 the battery failed. Since it was less than a year old , they did replace it free of charge. Hopefully this one will last longer, since I was told the warranty is over.”

We then checked the brake lights, and one of those was out too! Eric went back in, found the exact right one, and helped me install that as well. Super helpful, and made the whole process easy.”

“I had a problem with the Oriellys on Roosevelt road. And with one phone call this store the manager asked me for my account number and within minutes my problems was solved. The other Oriellys staff said my account number wasn't in there system and they couldn't add me in because only a store manager could do it and they didn't have one on duty. And they treated very disrespectful. I needed a Idling pully for a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee”

“Well if you need any kind of battery for anything they have it and if they don't they can order also they fix cellular phone glass pieces in the back and front they have very good service and they try to keep up with everybody you must be patient if you're going to get your phone repaired it takes about 2 hours because of the certainty of the phone”

She’s very knowledgeable, she suggested some things I wasn’t even aware needed to be replaced and was enthusiastic with explaining why it would be beneficial to replace said parts. She was extremely patient and kind and connected very well with me. I hope the next time I need something she’s available to assist me.”

“Let me tell you a little story about a guy that needed some auto parts... He didn't know where to go so he went to a grocery store... He didn't find any auto parts there... So he went to the post office but guess what they didn't have auto parts there either... So he gave up trying to find a place so he thought and thought about it really hard where oh where can he find auto parts!!! He really needed to find a place that had all that he could want and more... One day he googled where do I find auto parts... Guess where Google told him??? It was this place!!! This place has all the parts you could want AND MORE!!! More more and more!!! All the parts!!! Even ones that he didn't need...!!! They had aisles of parts and more in the back!!! All parts and even ones no one wants or needs!!! I hope that you are like the guy in the story and you come here to get your parts and more!!! Remember tell them TOPCAT from the Internet Google maps told you to come here!!!”

I didn’t know what I was talking about but he helped me figure it out and found me the best price for what I needed.”
“The staff here is always helpful. Good recommendations, friendly service, and honest answers. Not to mention they're out in the lot changing wiper blades and assisting customers in various ways. I once had an employee plug in his device to check an error code on my car, helping me narrow down a warning. Let's just say they wear many hats which is a bonus when you need help with anything.”

“I got my battery installed for $20. The connection had loosened over time so he put a thin lead shim in. Thoroughly cleaned off the posts and connectors with a wire attachment and finished it all off with a generous spray of WD40. He worked quickly, and I couldnt be happier.”
