“Just drove 600 miles heading up to Wisconsin from tennessee. I've stopped at this gas station before. Today I was welcomed by two great employees, Laura, and k a l p i t. They were both extremely friendly and I felt energized by their greeting as I asked if I could use the bathroom and they could tell I needed to go LOL they directed me to the separate building across from the gas pumps and I was so appreciative. I stopped to say goodbye and definitely would stop in at this gas station daily if I lived real close but will be back again soon”
“Gas tends to be on the pricy-side, but not unexpected in downtown Highland Park. Small service area, but employees are friendly and quick to meet needs. Also offers a basic car service center. When they're not super busy with regular service jobs, employees are more than happy to help air-up tires and other such things that are really helpful. It's great having them right in town!”

“I was visiting the Chicago area from Houston and stopped at this Shell gas station on Green Bay Rd in Highland Park. Honestly, it was an awesome experience! They have the most modern touch-screen pumps, which made fueling up incredibly quick and easy. Inside, the bathrooms were spotless and very well-maintained—a huge relief when you're traveling. It’s definitely one of the best gas stations I’ve visited. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the Highland Park area!”

“A smaller gas station than some of the others along 41, they're still one of the better stations. The pumps here are FAST - I can fill up my tank faster than most of the other stations. Prices are fair, for a station right on the expressway, and you can save if you get a car wash after filling up. Their automated car wash system - A Ryko SoftGloss MAXX 5 brush friction wash system - is available 24 hours, and does a really good job for such low prices. They have a coin-op vacuum cleaner and air pump around behind the mini-market. The mini-mart is definitely miniature, but still well stocked given the limited area. The staff are all really friendly, too. This gas station is connected, by a small road in the back, to the Taco Bell and Wendy's - making it a nice late night destination to refuel your vehicle and your belly.”
