“Yesterday, I visited this store and purchased a new phone. Natalia was the one who assisted me, and I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful, polite, and smooth she was. She possesses extensive knowledge, and the entire process of transferring my number took only a few minutes. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a cellphone store. Natalia truly deserves a big promotion and should be a supervisor. It is extremely rare to encounter such a remarkable personality in the sales department. “My phone died a quick death two days ago so that not one piece of information could be retrieved from it. I went to AT&T across from Old Orchard to switch after first trying my current carrier.
Enter Halima. I noticed she was young when she approached and I admit that I wondered if she could handle my complicated situation — problematic PIN numbers, a weird setup of the T-Mobile account, my daughter’s phone on the account and coordination of us both there together to switch.
Halima quickly figured out the best plan for us that was less expensive and better than T-Mobile’s and included a free new iPhone for each of us. She executed every bit of tech flawlessly.
Skill and patience are a perfect combination in the phone business, including counsel on colors, and best extras for a protected phone and what was unnecessary. And though outside her designated job — this is a phone store — she discussed my AT&T internet/tv bill when I grumbled about it, told me how to reduce it, and saved that deal.
I felt silly to have made assumptions about her age. Halima was great — customer focused and a real pro.”

“I went to T-mobile in Old an orchard because I had read the super reviews given to Brett! I had called last week to speak to Brett to inquire about time with him to choose a new phone, and more importantly to get help with my gmail. I had somehow lost access to my gmail in the phone app.
Brett did not disappoint! He fixed my email account- voila! And cleaned up my second phone’s sound problems, and spent ample time explaining the pros and cons of all the new features on the 15 pro. Additionally, he helped me choose EarPods, case cover and even put it on for me! T- mobile is lucky to have this young man!”
“I first went to T-Mobiles Evanston store in October 2023. A young man named Johan assisted me; I had recently been a victim of Identity Theft and my phones were hacked.
I came in with three phones, told him the situation and he's wasn't fazed at all. He took his time and worked with each one and set up the new one. Even suggested the home Internet as a temporary fix since my service was compromised as well. Excellent experience!
It's now May 2024, and I have been back for his assistance twice. Very knowledgeable when it comes to the phones technology. And, I actually kept the Internet service as the ACP program came to an end.

“Yassar at this location was EXTREMELY helpful. He was so kind and patient. He made the upgrade to my daughter's phone quick, easy and seamless. It was such a good experience that I went out of my way to come back for my own phone and my sons to work with him again. He was not in the store that day, but it was still a good experience. Yassar was calm even when the store got very busy and he was the only person there, he was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly he got me out of there fast.
