“I had a terrific experience at PETCO Highland Park because of the staff. They really go out of their way to answer all questions. It was fairly busy when I was there a few days ago, but both employees were great at multi-tasking and answering questions even when handling customers. They both knew the inventory very well and took time to show me how to use a cat harness and clothing used with the item. They made my day ❤️. Ginny”

“We took our two dogs here to get their nails trimmed. The groomer couldn't have been nicer. One of the dogs was very skittish, and she kept talking to him in a very calm voice to keep him calm. I wish I knew her name to give her the proper recognition she deserves.”
“I highly recommend Hollywood feed! I recently adopted a cat and found out she is a very picky eater and is very sensitive with litter brands. After getting some terrible advice from petco and petsmart (as well as subpar customer service), I ventured to Hollywood Feed hoping for a better experience. The staff was (and always is) very friendly and incredibly helpful! After listening to my cat's preferences, they led me to 2 specific brands for food and litter and my cat has been thriving ever since. They're so wonderful with any questions I have with being a first time cat owner and have saved me numerous expensive visits to the vet as well. Huge fan of HF!”

“I saw this cute little store while I stopped by Pete's for some coffee. I was attracted to the store with their cute pet display so I thought I'd check it out. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed assistance. I initially went in to look around but ended up buying a few things to try for my fuzzy baby. I was pleased to find that they had a lot of brands that I've only seen online. I'm trying out the open farms kibble to see how my girl likes it. I also got the meal toppers to try and a few treats. This was such a cute store and their prices were affordable considering they carry quality items. Will definitely come back to try more of their offerings and maybe bring the pup next time.”
“It might be a chain, but the owners of this franchise location are often working in the store and it has more of a family owned small business feel to it. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices. The self dog washes in the back are great for days when the dog park is a mid pit!”

“I had worked at this groomin salon and let me tell you Karen and Dannie (the groomers really know how to handle dogs and its the only salon I had worked at as an assistant where they stop and give the dogs a break if they show any signs of stress...they use high quality products for cleansing and shampooing dogs..( from a previous comment. Dawn is only used when there are really oily ..dirty dogs ..and it is used on only specific parts of the body..like the butt..mixed in with a high quality shampoo...I have read about her prices being high but they do an amazing .skilled groom..and the rent has gone up along with the price of the products..I haven't worked there in a year but u get every penny worth of a great groom in the hands of caring people ...rest assured your pup is in good hands..Chris who has been there for several years does an amazing job as an assistant to the owner and maintains a very clean sanitary place..I'd give it 10 stars if I could..one more comment on why prices may have gone up is she pays a living wage y to her employees..she pays a higher wage then most places..therefore she has several staff that choose to stay with her”

“Great grooming service! This is our first try at Petsmart in Glenview. Everyone is so nice. My 7 month old baby is happy and clean. I like his hair long so we just did basic bath with lux add on.Took 2.5 hours only. I am definitely coming back.Also they have great option- 20% off on pre- payments of services.”
