She went above and beyond, not only helping me, but making me feel at such ease during a stressful situation. “Michael is a life saver. 3 days before a home purchase closing my lender flagged an issue with my home policy purchased through the online portal. 5 levels of Allstate support couldn't fix the issue, but Mike was able to remedy it. He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to recreate the home and auto policies I bought online to reissue them in time for closing.
Do yourself a favor and start with a local agent like Mike. You won't get this level of service from the website - he'll go above and beyond to take care of you.”
