“Yesterday, I visited this store and purchased a new phone. Natalia was the one who assisted me, and I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful, polite, and smooth she was. She possesses extensive knowledge, and the entire process of transferring my number took only a few minutes. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a cellphone store. Natalia truly deserves a big promotion and should be a supervisor. It is extremely rare to encounter such a remarkable personality in the sales department. She was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. Despite having had many negative experiences while shopping in other stores, I still can't believe how exceptional she was. “They do tougher jobs too!I came in with my laptop and a replacement keyboard, a tough model to work with where you have to remove basically all the innards (battery, motherboard, etc.) just to replace a keyboard. He had it done in a few hours, and for a very fair price. Everything was perfect.I've had horror stories with simpler jobs at other local places, but this exceeded expectations, in quality and turnaround time.”

“I dropped my phone (s23 ultra) and messed up the digital display (despite no cracked screen). I brought my phone in to the shop and within 5 minutes they were able to diagnose that it was a digital display issue. I left my phone with the team to repair and within 1.5-2 hours they had my phone back up and running as if there were no issues. Highly recommend the shop and their great team.”

“Went to TMobile Northbrook during holidays about 6 mo. ago. A very nice knowledgeable man named Spenser helped set us up as new customers. I was nervous about switching but have had ZERO problems with their 5G cellular service traveling to other states too. We also have their portable home internet which we take on the road with us for instant wifi. We love Tmo!”

“A really fine, honest, trustworthy, and highly professional repair service! Prompt turnaround. We've utilized their services twice. When I thought my cellphone was kaput and not charging, it turned out it only needed an inexpensive cleaning. In the other instance, a phone was also not charging. They determined it was a bad charging cable and just needed a new one, which they didn't have in stock. We purchased inexpensively on eBay. Our experience was GREAT!”
“I went to T-mobile in Old an orchard because I had read the super reviews given to Brett! I had called last week to speak to Brett to inquire about time with him to choose a new phone, and more importantly to get help with my gmail. I had somehow lost access to my gmail in the phone app.
Brett did not disappoint! He fixed my email account- voila! And cleaned up my second phone’s sound problems, and spent ample time explaining the pros and cons of all the new features on the 15 pro. Additionally, he helped me choose EarPods, case cover and even put it on for me! T- mobile is lucky to have this young man!”

“For the people who don't want to read everything... This particular Metro By T-Mobile store is FABULOUS! The manager Alan couldn't be more helpful! He never tried to get me to buy the best most expensive things, he even told me if what he did didn't end up working I'd have to switch carrier's ?! If you need to go into a Metro store for anything GO TO THIS ONE, and make sure Alan is there beforehand!I went into my cellphone carrier's store w/a gynormous amount of questions and problems I couldn't get at myself or anyone I knew so I had to go into the store.I have had HORRIBLE experiences at other Metro By T-Mobile stores. I bet everyone has had THIS one happen to them... You go into the store and the only person there is a younger (most of the time a woman) person behind the counter w/their heads buried into their phones and paying absolutely NO attention to what's going on around them! You feel like you could walk around the store putting everything that's not locked down into your bag and walk out w/o any problem. Well one of the previous Metro stores that I went to had just that (the woman w/a cellphone in the place where her head should have been, but it never makes THEM SMART... usually quite the opposite) when I told her what was wrong w/my phone she literally took a paperclip and started jamming it into my speaker to try to get the dust out! After I left I couldn't ever hear anything from that speaker again. I had to put my phone on speaker, or put in headphones to hear someone talking to me!So this visit to the Metro store I ended up having to buy a new phone bcuz Alan said that I'd have to get my phone fixed (worked on) if I ever wanted to hear something out of that speaker ever again. I said "and let me guess, getting it worked on would probably cost around the same amount of money as buying a new one! ", He agreed.BUT he made sure I left there w/the phone I liked, and through in every single promotion or Sale's/coupons, or any other thing he could possibly find just so that I didn't have to pay the phone's actual amount since I couldn't afford it! ? He's seriously the best Sale's person I've ever had!!! (Just a little FYI there was another person working there and she had her head buried into her phone. LoL!Thanks again for all you did for my Mom and I!!”
“The employee Cindy was the kindest person ever. I get very anxious sitting by myself for a while in public places, but she talked to me like I was a normal human being instead of someone that was trying to just get me to buy everything possible. It was so refreshing. I even got to yap without feeling like she was annoyed with me because she was engaged in the conversation while simultaneously helping me with everything. I appreciated it so much because getting a phone is kind of a big purchase and it can be stressful for a lot of people but it was so easy because she explained everything so well without making me feel dumb for the questions I asked. Wish everyone was like this.
Side note - she had the coolest rings ever which I think is a relevant point :)”
