I was walked through every step of the fitting process and was provided with all the information I needed for the experience. I was not talked down to or was condescended to. At no point did I feel I was being guided or pushed towards a particular shoe. I learned a lot with the information I was given. Jay seemed very seasoned, experienced and knowledgeable. A very pleasant, easy experience. Plus, the technology used in fitting my shoes was rather impressive.”

The orthotics don't fall apart like Scheck and Siress. $700.00 vrs $50... I'll stick with New New Balance from now on. Manager Matt runs a great operation. “Five stars. Went here to pick up a Christmas gift. The store has a good selection of women's clothing, accessories like jewelry and purses, baby gifts, and decor. When checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer a free gift wrapping (at least, during the holidays). The present came wrapped up in a nice box, complete with tissue paper, a fabric red ribbon, and a decorative ornament on top. Great local business!”

“Peak Running in La Grange is a fantastic shoe/running store. I have had a positive experience each of the five times I have shopped in there. None more positive than over the past weekend, with sales associate/Megan.Megan personified what customer service is all about on both days (Saturday; Sunday) I entered Peak Running. On Saturday, she was a major help in exchanging a pair of shoes for a better pair of shoes (at least for I was looking for).The pair of shoes that was coming my way was not to arrive until Sunday. Megan promptly called me when they arrived, and in finishing off her all-world weekend performance, she waited 5-10 minutes past closing time to accede my request, as I was coming from far away. Hence, I was able to get my shoes on Sunday as opposed to Monday.Thanks again, Megan!”
“Like shoe carnival. The shoes are ok and the people polite. Never too busy. Parking ok and free. But there used to be a lot of exciting deals back in the day that made it worth the purchase. Now the shoes really are the same price as elsewhere. also I am a popular size so don't find a lot that fits me.Love the shoe carnivals in Chicago though. They usually have my size and more interesting shoes. Think they probably just move more inventory.Recommend though. I walk through every so often.”
