“I went in to try on some shoes that I had seen online. Andrew made sure that I was going to get the right size and had me try on a few different pairs to verify. I ended up seeing a different pair that I liked better and he helped with those as well. Top notch service. The shoes are extremely comfortable. I very much enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely be back for clothes, other shoes, or any of the accessories they offer.”

“The customer service is definitely above par! We were greeted when we walked in and everyone was extremely helpful. I was asking one of the workers a question just as she was stepping on the escalator. She was unable to respond or address me since she was already heading up, but she made sure to radio someone else that we needed assistance. And the other person came to help! “Oakbrook Evereve has the best stylists, they are all super friendly and approachable! I had the pleasure of working with Dana. I have recently lost weight and been styled by her 2x now. She always remembers my name, asks about kids and remembers the styles I like and my sizes. I am so impressed by her friendly demeanor, trendiness and knowledge of what will look good on my body type. She has not only educated me on trends and what works best for my body type with jeans etc but she makes me feel good about myself! I walk out feeling confident and good in my skin! I have gotten so many compliments on all of my new clothes. I have told all my friends to ask for Dana. I was also impressed by how she multi tasked when super busy and was helping myself, another co worker and two other customers all at once. She ran around that store like it came second nature to her. The store is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!! I highly recommend stopping in!”

“These clothes are such good quality and such soft Fabrics. I bought a bunch of pieces in the WearEver collection for work and this is the most comfortable I am probably ever going to be. I am definitely going to visit J.Jill again to purchase more clothes. Had lots of help from Denise a sales associate who is wonderful and had great suggestions. I would definitely recommend the store if you are looking for something comfortable to wear but still dressy enough”

“Went in to find some items for a birthday trip and Xavier was AMAZING! Great energy and made the experience more fun by encouraging me to try new styles. Didn’t get the same positive vibe from the ladies at the register - very cold & unwelcoming attitudes. However, I’ll 100% be back just so I can shop with Xavier again. If you decide to shop at the Akira at Oakbrook, ask for Xavier. - you won’t regret it.”

“In an age of lazy retailers, one stands alone: Neiman Marcus. Remember the local feel of Fields? The customer service at Nordstrom's? They are both gone and all that remains is Neiman's hyper-focus on the customer. Recently at their Oak Brook location I was buying a small hostess gift. In walks Stephany. She helped me pick out something nice, wrapped it, rewrapped the stuff I bought at the book store, walked me over to pick up the sweater I ordered, of course helped wrap that, gave me advice on what to write on the card, talked without making me feel rushed and no joke, gave me a little hug. I spent $60 (plus the sweater that was already purchased). But in that moment they made a customer for life. Not kidding.”
