“These clothes are such good quality and such soft Fabrics. I bought a bunch of pieces in the WearEver collection for work and this is the most comfortable I am probably ever going to be. I am definitely going to visit J.Jill again to purchase more clothes. Had lots of help from Denise a sales associate who is wonderful and had great suggestions. I would definitely recommend the store if you are looking for something comfortable to wear but still dressy enough”

“Oakbrook Evereve has the best stylists, they are all super friendly and approachable! I had the pleasure of working with Dana. I have recently lost weight and been styled by her 2x now. She always remembers my name, asks about kids and remembers the styles I like and my sizes. I am so impressed by her friendly demeanor, trendiness and knowledge of what will look good on my body type. She has not only educated me on trends and what works best for my body type with jeans etc but she makes me feel good about myself! I walk out feeling confident and good in my skin! I have gotten so many compliments on all of my new clothes. I have told all my friends to ask for Dana. I was also impressed by how she multi tasked when super busy and was helping myself, another co worker and two other customers all at once. She ran around that store like it came second nature to her. The store is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!! I highly recommend stopping in!”

I went in convinced that I wasn’t going to buy since I just wanted to try on a shoe I saw online, but my mind was completely changed after I stepped into the store and was accommodated by the best. Yesterday Danielle (Aurora outlet store) was so nice, the best attitude ever and soooo much helpful, she took it personal to help with and exchange, write down the information that I needed to take to the Oakbrook store and explain about the chat on line for additional help.

“The customer service is definitely above par! We were greeted when we walked in and everyone was extremely helpful. I was asking one of the workers a question just as she was stepping on the escalator. She was unable to respond or address me since she was already heading up, but she made sure to radio someone else that we needed assistance. And the other person came to help! “Just had the most wonderful experience at this store. I had just come in window shopping and was pleasantly greeted by a fine young gentleman named Zach. He was beyond helpful as I ended up leaving the store with a new suit and a few pieces to upgrade my wardrobe. If anyone else if to come here I recommend Zach for anything you need as he was very helpful and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with everything. “What a wonderful experience we had at LV Oakbrook. It was very busy but everyone one the Sales associate made sure that we were attended to while waiting for our appointment. It is recommend to have an appointment on the weekends. I also suggest to set up a profile online to make it easy to discuss your purchase ahead of time to ensure stock.”
“I called about a week ago to put a bag on hold and I’m not sure if he told me his name but he was super friendly and got my information to put my bag on hold. He said someone will contact me when it’s ready. I really didn’t think anyone would call me back since other locations never really followed up with me. I was so surprised when I got a text before they opened on the day my bag was ready. Carter(not sure if the same person that answered my call prior) let me know my pay by link was ready for me to pay! I ordered yesterday at 9AM and my order showed up at my house today at 1045am! Thank you!! You all do great work!”
