“Oakbrook Evereve has the best stylists, they are all super friendly and approachable! I had the pleasure of working with Dana. I have recently lost weight and been styled by her 2x now. She always remembers my name, asks about kids and remembers the styles I like and my sizes. I am so impressed by her friendly demeanor, trendiness and knowledge of what will look good on my body type. She has not only educated me on trends and what works best for my body type with jeans etc but she makes me feel good about myself! I walk out feeling confident and good in my skin! I was asking one of the workers a question just as she was stepping on the escalator. She was unable to respond or address me since she was already heading up, but she made sure to radio someone else that we needed assistance. And the other person came to help! “Just had the most wonderful experience at this store. I had just come in window shopping and was pleasantly greeted by a fine young gentleman named Zach. He was beyond helpful as I ended up leaving the store with a new suit and a few pieces to upgrade my wardrobe. “What a wonderful experience we had at LV Oakbrook. It was very busy but everyone one the Sales associate made sure that we were attended to while waiting for our appointment. It is recommend to have an appointment on the weekends. I also suggest to set up a profile online to make it easy to discuss your purchase ahead of time to ensure stock.”
“I called about a week ago to put a bag on hold and I’m not sure if he told me his name but he was super friendly and got my information to put my bag on hold. He said someone will contact me when it’s ready. I really didn’t think anyone would call me back since other locations never really followed up with me. I was so surprised when I got a text before they opened on the day my bag was ready. Carter(not sure if the same person that answered my call prior) let me know my pay by link was ready for me to pay! I ordered yesterday at 9AM and my order showed up at my house today at 1045am! Thank you!! You all do great work!”

“I came to the Allen Edmonds store at Oak Brook with a pair of Allen Edmonds Park Avenue shoes that I’d snagged during the Anniversary Sale. Given that I’d ordered the shoes online and that this was my first pair of nice dress shoes, I wasn’t 100% sure they fit properly, and I was looking to get some advice from one of the sales associates on the fit. Michael dispelled my fears by having me try on the shoes in-store and inspecting the fit by hand, explaining each facet of the fit and why my current size fit well. For extra reassurance, he also brought out a pair in the other size that I was considering to try on, to which he explained why the size I didn’t go with didn’t quite fit properly. Lastly, he explained the recrafting process when the time comes and the different sole options that would be available. Overall, Michael made the visit quick and easy, and reassured me that I’d made the correct choice. Knowing better for next time, I’ll be sure to visit the Allen Edmonds store in Oak Brook for my next pair!”
