“A rear passenger tire decided to take its own life. We were on the expressway near Ogden Avenue. We exited on Ogden looking for a place to change our tire. In the meantime, my wife looked for a tire shop nearby. It just happens that within 150 feet of where we stopped was your Firestone Location. We pulled in and were greeted promptly by Risa. We told of our situation. She inspected our tires and indicated they were in need of being replaced. These were the original tires and had over 50,000 miles on them. We were given some tire options and long story short within an hour and a half we were on our way with a new set of tires and a very positive experience with your location. Thank you Risa and to Jordan who worked on our car. We would highly recommend your location to family and friends.”

Instead of doing $3K worth of dealership recommended maintenance, Owen suggested focussing on needed maintenance for my cars longterm performance and driver safety for $1000.
After not being able to get exact answers about a rattle in the engine bank, Owen recommended I take my 2019 MDX back to the dealership to assess the previous engine recall installation for a loose bolt. Owen was correct; the dealership took apart the engine and found a loose bolt!
