“The professional phlebotomist lady was truly top-notch, cheerful, and reached out to my physician to get the order which I had unfortunately lost. She was super efficient and a delight to talk to briefly. She told me I should inquire after four days given the nature of my blood tests. I’m absolutely going to come to Woodridge in the past. I’ve gone to Westmont and have to sit shoulder to shoulder with at least a dozen people. The Woodridge location is super tidy and has far fewer customers waiting.”

I also had an incident that received a bill that after being told my insurance was going to cover the lab work and it did not. “Never had an unpleasant or unfavorable experience. I see other patients roll up in there like they just rolled out of bed wearing their pajamas. Didnt bring any ID, nor lab requisitions or blood work orders. Do yourself a favor and - look in the mirror and brush your teeth before you leave the house, go down to the store and buy yourself a clue before ya head to a medical facility. ¿Like ya have to be told?”
