“Over the years, I had lost trust in certain professions, particularly attorneys and car mechanics. However, I recently needed to replace the tires on my wife's car and decided to visit Belle Tire inf Hoffman Estates, which was conveniently close to my office. There, I met Dave.

Dave took the time to explain which type of tire would be best for my wife's car based on my specific needs. He came across as incredibly knowledgeable, not just about tires but about other car-related issues as well. I asked him to inspect everything that might need attention on my wife's car, and he honestly told me what was necessary and what wasn't. I followed his recommendations and paid for the services he suggested.

Impressed by his expertise, I returned to have Dave check the tires on my 2020 Tesla Model Y. Despite the car having only 32,000 miles, Dave informed me that I needed new tires and thoroughly explained why. When I inquired about my suspension, he admitted he wasn't very familiar with it but promised to research and advise me.

True to his word, when I later spoke to him about scheduling the tire replacement, Dave had done extensive research. He informed me that my Tesla model has one of the worst suspension systems and advised against letting anyone tamper with it, as it could cause more harm. He could have easily made more money by offering to fix it, but he chose to prioritize my best interests instead.

When I went in for the tire change, Dave mentioned he had looked into various suspension options but hadn't found one that would improve my car's comfort.

In the end, what stood out to me was Dave's genuine care and dedication to resolving my issues. He took the time to research and provide honest advice, something rare among technicians. I trust Dave completely and value his recommendations, knowing he always has my best interests at heart and tries to save me money whenever possible.”

“I had a piece of plastic, possibly a cover or protective piece on the underside of my vehicle hanging down and dragging along the road, I stopped by the dealership on Golf Road but of course they were busy. I brought it down the street to Abby, and Chris briefly paused his current job to roll my car on the rack and fix it, and he didn't charge me for it. Easy fix, I wasn't there even for 15 minutes, but I appreciate the willingness to address it right away. Love the family business level of customer service. Better than dealerships and franchises. “When I moved out of the area not too long ago, I was shocked to see that there were no Infiniti dealerships around me so getting work done was a challenge. So just this weekend, I decided to call the day of my commute back up north to get a simple synthetic oil + filter change done (with MPI).

Dropped the car off and within an hour, I got a comprehensible multipoint inspection sheet, itemized next/recommended services, and a tread depth VIDEO sent to me since the service was complete — something new I think!

So what gives this review 5 stars? Well, it’s quite simple really…. The entire team within this service department truly deliver a world-class experience. From the service advisors (SHOUT OUT TO ANTWAN HICKS!!) to the service technicians, they go beyond a “white-glove” experience to show their clients how much they care.

Not only did they clean the outside of my vehicle, but I noticed they also cleaned the inside! All that aside, this is the one and only service team I would drive over 2 hours to bring my Q60 to.

“Recently purchased a 1968 Camaro SS and while it is in great condition, it needed some maintenance, repairs and upgrades. I searched around for a speed shop and decided to check out Underground Autosports. I went to their shop and had them do an inspection. Their knowledge, attention to detail and desire to do the work as if they were the owner really sold me on them. I bought the car a few weeks later for maintenance, repairs and some upgrades. I had them install a Wilwood 4-wheel disc brake conversion and a completely new braided fuel line/system. The work they did was amazing!
