We have followed her to 3 different locations and while her current location at Hoffman Estates is the furthest, we are more than happy to make the drive for her. Customer service, with warmth, professionalism and discretion is something A.I. nor online banking can offer. She is a huge asset to Wintrust and a big reason why we bank with Wintrust. Also, Dan in management is amazing. He follows up if we have any issues and we appreciate this so much. No other bank big or small has done this for us and it is something we absolutely value. This bank location is worth driving to even with these gas prices.”
