“Good afternoon. I wanted to relay just how wonderful all the employees are and have been since I opened up my Wintrust account several years ago. Jordan has been one of my tellers inside for several years and he is always so pleasant and remembers me, and what I like. Vic, she's been here, I think less than a year, and she is always so warm and welcoming, and she remembers me too, as Jordan trained her very well! Purva, has assisted me a few times, when needed and she is always welcoming every customer in with a hello, how are you today, when we walk into the bank and is a delight to get assistance with! Jhovanna, is there a lot and she is so terrific at everything and she does everything to, from being a banker to helping to be a teller when they get busy! Finally, the wonderful VP of the branch, Angela, she has been here to, since I opened my account and Angela has always been so very dedicated to her customers and a great leader for the banks staff. We have followed her to 3 different locations and while her current location at Hoffman Estates is the furthest, we are more than happy to make the drive for her. Customer service, with warmth, professionalism and discretion is something A.I. nor online banking can offer. She is a huge asset to Wintrust and a big reason why we bank with Wintrust. Also, Dan in management is amazing. He follows up if we have any issues and we appreciate this so much. No other bank big or small has done this for us and it is something we absolutely value. “THIS BANK IS PHENOMENAL AND THIS LOCATION ROCKS TOO! I just switched to this Bank after years with CHASE, a credit Union, and PAYPAL!
The bank is in the same parking lot @TheResidencesofHamiltonLakes so if you live here and don't bank there, you're missing out at the conveniency AND added benefits.
This bank has physical safety deposit lock boxes that you can purchase and keep anything in there that will fit! You're given a ey and can go in during business hours to add/remove items!
the marble on the inside of the building is so cool too! makes me feel like I'm in the Harry Potter bank. LOL.

“My wife and I had 6 financial advisors over 15 years, all of which offered only their company’s products for investment. In 2013, on a whim and with some skepticism, we attended a Steve Lewit dinner/seminar. Until that seminar, we had never heard the term “fiduciary”, much less know its meaning. Steve’s presentation sounded interesting and we decided to make an appointment with him to go over our finances. When Steve asked us our priority, we answered monthly income for retirement. Steve and his team then put together a plan that met our retirement income wishes, utilizing products of a few different companies. So we decided to again change advisors and move our assets into Steve’s recommended portfolio. Now, 9-years later, we are very happy to state that those expectations have been exceeded, as our monthly retirement income is more than was planned.
