“I have only used this Chase location for their ATMs so my review is strictly regarding the electronic awesomeness of these money making gizmos. Two drive thru ATMs at this location and no old-school vacuum tube lanes. Never had any issues with the ATMs here and never have had to wait in line. Now, if only they would give out some free cash every now and then, they would get six stars!”

“There are many Wintrust bank locations and this is the location that Nancy C. works at. We have followed her to 3 different locations and while her current location at Hoffman Estates is the furthest, we are more than happy to make the drive for her. Customer service, with warmth, professionalism and discretion is something A.I. nor online banking can offer. She is a huge asset to Wintrust and a big reason why we bank with Wintrust. Also, Dan in management is amazing. He follows up if we have any issues and we appreciate this so much. No other bank big or small has done this for us and it is something we absolutely value. This bank location is worth driving to even with these gas prices.”
