“The manager at this location was really helpful as I was given inaccurate information about a kiosk on location. This manager didn't have a kiosk but offered to drive me to a location that did so that I could pay my bill, she stayed with me as navigating the machine was not straightforward and she helped get the attention of someone at corporate who could provide a zip code to be the required information to use the kiosk. She then offered to drive me back to my hotel. I was extremely grateful.”

“Friendly Staff, even though on the day of our visit there were technical difficulties galore. SmartStop was entirely offline resorting to the tried and true pen and paper method. There were a few impatient parties ahead of us but Brittany & Dominick handled it like bosses. Kudos to keeping calm and pressing on and getting the job done! Our locker was clean and the prices were exactly as quoted with the exception of a minor admin fee which we knew to expect from prior experience.”

“I rented a 5x9 trailer. The pick up was a little slow just due to the system being finicky - trying the get picture of the front of the DL took a few attempts - but it was pretty straight forward getting the equipment otherwise so no big complaints. The system just needed some coffee haha. The drop off was super simple, just drove up to the return door, staff had me go to the same spot they attached the trailer around back, they detached the trailer, and I was on my way in 5 min. The equipment is in good condition, the staff is nice and efficient, can't complain.”
