Lots of places are replacing people with robots and machines that don’t know or understand human compassion or logic, so it’s nice to have my belongings at a place with real people managing the grounds and making sure everything is the way it’s supposed to be.”

However when I stopped there to check it out, Mike was very helpful, and not only answered all my questions, but gave me additional information about renting a unit. He showed me the unit that I had planned on renting and it was very nice. The whole property was clean and well maintained. “I am sorry if you’re reading this review and I botch how to spell your name, but Arletta was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was somewhat pressed for time. This location has both indoor and outdoor storage and when I arrived no one was available at the indoor facility. I went back to the kiosk of the outdoor facility and Arletta was friendly, patient, and made my feelings about this situation go away. Within about 15 minutes, I had codes, the agreement, paid, and was ready to start storing. They also have 2 loading zones at the indoor facility and carts to move your belongings. The place is clean, well lit, and has cameras all over the place. The one thing that can be improved upon is labeling of where the units are. I highly recommend this public storage.”
“I rented a large parking spot and an indoor storage unit.
Facility is secure. The indoor storage area is clean and well lit.
The grounds are always plowed as soon as it snows before the start of the next day.
Only reason I’m leaving is because I am changing jobs and no longer need the space.
I will gladly rent space again once I need it.

“This is the nicest storage facility you will find - clean, no smells. It’s even carpeted throughout! Even in the units themselves. Nice staff opens and closes the doors to the drive-in bays. The only caveat is the units are only accessible during the daytime. Fine for me but not if you need 24x7 access.”
