“This place is fantastic. The property is always clean, secure, plowed in the winter, and very well maintained. There are plenty of storage options to fit whatever your needs may be. Inside, outside, conditioned, non conditioned, parking. You name it, they've got it!
The real gem, though, is Kathy in the office. She is always cheerful, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. Kathy consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best rental experience possible. If you have questions or run into any issues, she will take excellent care of you. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and truly a lovely person.

“The manager of the store was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He went above & beyond to help my daughter and I to get what we needed at a reasonable rate, while we were coordinating going from one state to another for family members.
We very much appreciate the managers’ hospitality and willingness to work with us while thoughtfully considering our budget and time frame. I certainly do highly recommend them and will be doing business with he and his team again (Pembroke location in Hoffman Estates, IL.).
