“I love to painstakingly curate pieces for my wardrobe and this Savers always delivers. Half price Mondays are the best thing ever. My silly little 70's post-punk aesthetic lives on because of this place. There are always super cool people shopping there, too, which is so inspiring, especially if you LIVE for finding fashion inspo. It's like a living Pinterest board! Added bonus, the staff is very kind and personable. Savers forever!”

“Very clean. Bring your own bag to put your goodies in or buy one of their bags for 99 cents. There were two vending machines in the doorway entrance. Lots of good stuff.”

“Huge. Very clean. Well organized. Very, very expensive!!!! This is a thrift store where you have to look at the prices because you can’t assume you can afford it because it is a thrift store. Workers are generally snotty.”

“Fun place. At first I thought it was too small, but there’s a LOT to see there. We found some deals, from a game, to dog costumes to a unique vase. When we got tired, we sat in the booth and had some ice cream. Really nice people running the store!”

“I love, love, love, LOOOOOOOOVE this place and even more, the fact that the WINGS program even exists! The ONLIEST reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 is because they close so darn early, and I can't always get there on the weekends to shop. They used to be open until 6pm during the week, and IDK what happened to that. :(”

“This is my favorite shop in downtown Arlington! I pop by every time I am in town, and a decent chunk of my closet comes from this charming thrift store. Robyn is incredibly kind and has an amazing eye for fashion - she recommended a few pieces that are now key parts of my closet. There is an amazing range of clothing from essential casuals to elevated brands. If you are looking for fancy resale or affordable classics, this is the store for you!”

They have a reward program with phone number. Today wS 25% off . Thursday senior discount 20% I will most certainly go back again. Checking out was easy with friendly staff. “very nice staff but prices has gone up alot. thrifting is also to help people who can't afford certain item, not to pay retail price for used items. The prices starting to look like salvation army prices.”

“First time visiting here with my adult daughter. This is by far the best resale shop I’ve been to. Everything is organized so well, clean and prices are very reasonable. I have a trunk full of items I will be donating knowing they will be able to use them. Daughter bought a couple of items too.”

“Had a negative experience here in the past. Yesterday, the manager was patient when I couldn't pay because I didn't know they didn't take American Express. She suspended my big purchase and kept my items safe until I came back for them the next day. Something went wrong and everything had to be re-rung, but the next manager gal did me a favor and marked some items down 50 cents for the inconvenience. Thanks again!”

“I would much rather donate my gently used clothes here than say Goodwill. I really appreciate the mission of St. Vincent de Paul and I always look forward to donating things that I no longer need to people that are less fortunate than me. Great service”

“Best Goodwill I have been to. Clean and organized. Wonderful stuff!! Good music. The only downside was checking out. The line was around the store and they were nice but clueless. The manager came to answer a question and saw the line and left. But the people in line were so nice. We chatted. Showed what we had bought. Told stories. In fact we could have told our life stories in the time it took in line. But in all, a great experience.”

“This is the best Plato’s location. I’m near the Schaumburg store and would rather drive to this one! Granted recently they have so many drop offs that selling is a little difficult, but overall if you’re going to sell here the chances of them buying more is better than other locations. The variety of styles and the size of this location is so much better!Staff are friendly too!”
