So often people do the minimum, it's great that the team at the hoffman estates goodwill does the maximum to provide their customers and donors with the best customer experience.”

I got great deals on literally Electronics and Video games
Update: even if the store closed for public I can still buy PC and mobile games digitally
Update 2: 10 years later I'm so cherished that this location is still going strong and well due to strong donations support and great atmosphere”
“I am a frequent shopper at this store. It is always clean and well merchandised. I have interacted with the manager, Heather, in the past and she has always been kind and courteous. Today, however, she went over and above. Somehow, I don't know how or where, I cut my finger. She was so kind and helpful, giving me wipes, antibiotic cream and Band-Aids. She even helped me by opening the items so I could access them easier. She is the true Spirit of Christmas.”
