10AM - 5PM
275 E Northwest Hwy, Palatine“very nice staff but prices has gone up alot. thrifting is also to help people who can't afford certain item, not to pay retail price for used items. The prices starting to look like salvation army prices.”
“Huge. Very clean. Well organized. Very, very expensive!!!! This is a thrift store where you have to look at the prices because you can’t assume you can afford it because it is a thrift store. Workers are generally snotty.”
“I love, love, love, LOOOOOOOOVE this place and even more, the fact that the WINGS program even exists! The ONLIEST reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 is because they close so darn early, and I can't always get there on the weekends to shop. They used to be open until 6pm during the week, and IDK what happened to that. :(”
“We have found a few things here over the years. Most recently a tall free standing cabinet with shelves we are using as a kitchen/snack pantry. Love the curation at Lucille!”
10AM - 6PM
357 Townline Rd, Mundelein“I am a former resale shopowner and recovering shopaholic and I have not LOVED a resale shop like this in many years. I usually walk around resales and find nothing exciting. Everything here is only the best of what is donated. The furniture was beautiful and bargain priced. They had a lot of high end home decor. I bought candles and candleholders, a down throw, a winter coat, a large canvas picture, a book, a cd, 4 new or like new designer clothing items and with the discount it was only $100. More than I have found at a resale in many many years! There was a beautiful pair of living velvet living room chiars for only $49 each that I wish I had room for! A lot of the clothing was new with the tags on it. I bought a few designer tops that were upwards of $200 on poshmark and ebay for only $20, PLUS if your are over 62, you get 20% off everything on Tuesdays. I can't wait to treasure hunt here again and check out the other locations.”

372 Townline Rd, Mundelein“REACH Rescue is honestly one of the best adoption centers we have ever experienced. They were so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and walked us through the entire process. Because most of the animals available are being fostered - they are socialized and so loving! You can tell all of the staff/volunteers lead with their hearts and take such good care of the animals. We happily adopted our first dog, Cedar, through them and will continue to support this amazing Rescue! ?”
“This is my favorite shop in downtown Arlington! I pop by every time I am in town, and a decent chunk of my closet comes from this charming thrift store. Robyn is incredibly kind and has an amazing eye for fashion - she recommended a few pieces that are now key parts of my closet. There is an amazing range of clothing from essential casuals to elevated brands. If you are looking for fancy resale or affordable classics, this is the store for you!”
“I take all my really good clothing and household items here. I love what this organization stands for. They are very helpful choosing items and I love that I have things that are helping others.”

“This was the first time I went there with friends. It was a spacious clean place. Everything was organized. They have vintage modern you name it. The furniture is reasonably priced . They have kitchen beautiful kitchen ware books toys and of course cloths. I bought a plaque a pair of earrings and comfy pants. There was plenty of parking. They have a reward program with phone number. Today wS 25% off . Thursday senior discount 20% I will most certainly go back again. Checking out was easy with friendly staff. I washed the cloths because that's what I do but they were hung and wrinkled . Great job”
“Came in here for the first time last week and loved it! I felt prices weren't bad at all, and I love who I'm supporting by shopping here. You can find everything from clothing to cookware, rare collectibles to really nice pieces of furniture i.e. I'll leave a picture of a huge sectional couch I wished I could get if it weren't for it being the wrong configuration for my space. Definitely plan to be a regular here!”
“Best store ever! ?? LOVE shopping here! I find the best books, clothes, and shoes among many other things. They have so many nice things and a wide variety of a little bit of everything. They have women's clothes, men's clothes, baby clothes, toddler clothes, young adult clothing.”

825 E Nerge Rd, Roselle“First time visiting here with my adult daughter. This is by far the best resale shop I’ve been to. Everything is organized so well, clean and prices are very reasonable. I have a trunk full of items I will be donating knowing they will be able to use them. Daughter bought a couple of items too.”
“This is my go to goodwill when buying puzzles. I went there today again and I found so many cheap and beautiful puzzles. I got four of them for only 14$! I even found a 4x500pc Disney puzzle set for only 5$! I also found a cool Disney figurine. I do have to say the clothes are a bit expensive but it’s organized very neatly in color order. I got this soft Victoria’s Secret hoodie/sweater for like 7$. We also got a couple of picture frames for a cheap price. The staff and service is fine as well.”

26 Golf Center, Hoffman Estates“I love to painstakingly curate pieces for my wardrobe and this Savers always delivers. Half price Mondays are the best thing ever. My silly little 70's post-punk aesthetic lives on because of this place. There are always super cool people shopping there, too, which is so inspiring, especially if you LIVE for finding fashion inspo. It's like a living Pinterest board! Added bonus, the staff is very kind and personable. Savers forever!”
“Good people. Good music.Good items. Good prices. Most especially, good selections of music. Employees look they're having good time working. Well done. Lake Zurich team”
“Very clean. Bring your own bag to put your goodies in or buy one of their bags for 99 cents. There were two vending machines in the doorway entrance. Lots of good stuff.”

1551 N Dryden Ave, Arlington Heights“after visiting the salvation army nearby this store was a breath of fresh air. never in my life did i think i would sing the praises of goodwill as a hygienic and sanitary place but i don't think i will ever feel more relieved than i did stepping foot into this building after the health hazard that exists nextdoor.”
9AM - 6PM
1035 E Rand Rd, Arlington Heights“This store was pretty messy but items were generally in the right areas. I ended up buying two items which were marked at 1.97 each but ended up ringing up to around 50 cents each which was a great deal. Prices here are great especially if you buy items that are 50% off on that day. Employees were fine so overall I would recommend this store.”
9AM - 7PM
900 W Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights“Best Goodwill I have been to. Clean and organized. Wonderful stuff!! Good music. The only downside was checking out. The line was around the store and they were nice but clueless. The manager came to answer a question and saw the line and left. But the people in line were so nice. We chatted. Showed what we had bought. Told stories. In fact we could have told our life stories in the time it took in line. But in all, a great experience.”
10AM - 6PM
340 Townline Rd, Mundelein“Expect to spend more than planned. It's great fun and you can get great deals on things you never knew you needed, like a Mini Car Vacuum, or german cookware, mirrors, prints, furniture for rehabbing.”
