“On November 8th I visited the branch on 183rd and Kedzie, I had several errands and was somewhat anxious... The entire staff was attentive, engaging, friendly and very, very proficient!!! My wonderful experience began as I entered and I was greeted by a very kind and well groomed gentleman security who welcomed and complimented me on my attire (how thoughtful and attentive), I was serviced by Lisa Givens, who she and her staff were doing double duty with the 'Drive thru' and window, and may I add Superbly!!! Lisa and Frances Thomas maintained a delightful professional disposition as they cared for the customer line(s). I left feeling relaxed and in a better frame of mind.
