I had a financial emergency, and Mrs Williams took me last minute and helped me with everything. The staff is absolutely wonderful and welcoming!!!

Cash deposit into ATM malfunctioned. I've always been wary about depositing cash without an envelope but have done it a few times and it worked but this time the machine stalled and didn't give a receipt or record the transaction. I had to submit a claim online. I'll never deposit cash into an ATM again.

Had an appointment booked for 11:30 am on 9/11 and I received a call morning of from Ingrid Williams that she was somehow double booked and could fit me in afternoon.
