“I had been looking for a new pair of shoes and never professionally had my foot correctly sized so had always just been buying a size or 2 bigger depending on the brand because of how wide my foot is and stores usually not carrying wider sizes in store.
Art was extremely helpful and polite in Golden Shoes and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new pair of shoes.

“What an amazing staff Rita was outstanding was so helpful brought out multiple pairs of shoes with all types of recommendations evaluated my feet said I needed arc support what a correct statement that was the owner Mel stoped said hi gave me some words of encouragement on my weight loss journey definitely needed to hear those words. And then finally the perfect shoe for my feet was brought out tested with some walking outside which they allowed what a gem of a store I know why they have been in business for so long because they really do care. “Ive been shopping at Jmd sox outlet for over 40 years the original store on Harlem. I went back to get my son work sox for Christmas. I was not disappointed. Not only did I find great deals on sox, he got some nice Carhart gear too! The staff were great & helped me find what I was looking for. Quick check out, & they let me know how long I have to take them back for a refund. Ill be shopping here for the next 40 years !”

“Me and my brother went into this location yesterday to purchase a bow ties for his prom and received THE BEST SERVICE I have ever had at an establishment in a VERY long time. The gentleman that assisted us went above and beyond not only helping us find affordable option but also teaching us and fixing some missed things on my brother’s suit. “I love to give credit where credit is due. Snipes put me through a ringer trying to get a refund for some shoes I purchased that were to small. What looked like an unfulfilled circumstance, turned into joy with the help of the awesome store manager Brittney! She was communicating with the back office about my refund, sending emails, and keeping me updated on the process of making sure I got my money back! She even said out of her own mouth that if they take any loner producing my return she will refund me out of her own pocket! Top tier customer support and I can't thank her enough!
