“Golden Shoes was recommended by the rounding podiatrist at my mom's assisted living (Evergreen Senior Living). She has a spur on her left heel that's quite painful, so the Dr. said GS sells cushy shoes that could give her some relief. My mom is 88I phoned Monday, 4/29 at about 5:45 pm. The lady said she'd have to call me back, as the store was slammed. OK. Well, around 8 pm, Camille called back. I said, "It can wait until tomorrow; go home!" She said, "You sounded kind of desperate, so I called tonight." We ran through the situation and she assured me they could help.My mom had a Dr. appt. on Thursday, 5/2, so I wanted to kill a couple of birds while she was out anyway. Camille told me she might not be in when we came, but Mike could take care of us. And boy, did he! She hadn't be back of 5 minutes at Evergreen before receiving two compliments on the shoes. It's not about the fashion, but rather the comfort/relief the shoes bring. She said it was about 80% better.Mike was so kind, patient, professional, but relaxed; great sense of humor, too! I can't say enough about Golden Shoes, their staff and selection. We frequent restaurants nearby, but never knew the store existed. I'm so thankful Dr. Maureen recommended it. Without a doubt, I'd go there again AND recommend it to others!Thank you Golden Shoes!”

“I took my daughter there for back to school clothes and i may say, they know what they are doing. Truly the best in the business. The staff is very friendly and patient; the managers are courteous and the establishment is clean and organized. I wanted my daughter to feel that she is shopping on her own; therefore her being happy put a smile on my face. “I went here a couple weeks ago looking for some new dance shoes. They were so friendly and nice in helping me find the right shoes. I went in planning on just getting ballet shoes, but ended up walking out with ballet and jazz shoes-both of which fit great and I love! There aren't many dance shoe stores around, so I'm especially thankful this place exists so close to me. It's so much more fun going to a store rather than purchasing online!”

Not only did I find great deals on sox, he got some nice Carhart gear too! The staff were great & helped me find what I was looking for. Quick check out, & they let me know how long I have to take them back for a refund. Ill be shopping here for the next 40 years !”

“I love to give credit where credit is due. Snipes put me through a ringer trying to get a refund for some shoes I purchased that were to small. What looked like an unfulfilled circumstance, turned into joy with the help of the awesome store manager Brittney! She was communicating with the back office about my refund, sending emails, and keeping me updated on the process of making sure I got my money back! She even said out of her own mouth that if they take any loner producing my return she will refund me out of her own pocket! Top tier customer support and I can't thank her enough! This is my snipes store of choice in the south suburbs and it's all due to Britt! Thanks boo! ~Amia”

“Summit product was not bad. Very good Prada, very nice and courteous customer service. I always going there because sometime they actually have stuff that catch my eye and not so expensive. But not Inexpensive, maybe like half-and-half. So I really got no problem with that. Pick. An either be good one, so good. Oh, should I say fair? That's the word Fair prices how about that”
