“This a great local place to keep your stuff safe. I can’t express enough gratitude for Dawnita in helping me out. Other places in town will charge you multiple months at as minimum but Uncle Bills let me do just one month and no extra charges. I even put my stuff in the wrong unit and they didn’t make me move it or up charge me (it was bigger than the one I initially rented) I briefly met Mile and he was super nice too. This is my second time coming here and both times were above and beyond expectations. Amazing place to do business. I can’t recommend it enough. Thanks!”
“All aspects of doing business with Storage Express were five star! Speaking with someone on the phone to understand their offerings..locations, sizes, prices, and the offer to hold a unit for us while I discussed with my husband were fantastic. We did a drive-by of their west Bloomington location and were very pleased by the location, the cleanliness and setup of the facility. I went online the next morning, and registering for the reserved space was easy peasy. Got our location and key code right away. We were storing items two hours later. Followup to make sure we had not problems was surprising and much appreciated. We have used another storage facility in the past...Storage Express is a much better experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to store possessions away from their home. And if we move again, I will check immediately to find the nearest Storage Express.”
“Using a self storage facility is never an ideal situation, but life sometimes requires this solution and PROFESSIONAL SELF STORAGE could not be more convenient, clean, and a true value for money. The ability to drive a moving truck into the climate controlled facility for loading and unloading makes the weather irrelevant for moving in or moving out. 24-hour access with a personal access code makes this storage solution the next best thing to my own basement. Jo-Anna is so helpful and understanding of all my changing storage needs.”

“the units are nice and very secure however I am not pleased with how I had no choice in purchasing a new lock when I had one from last year. I was told to send a request to local to caretaker with picture of my lock and insurance proof and have not heard back or received credit”
“The general manager Andrew of this location is awesome! My pickup U-Haul reservation for a different location was not the best experience. This initial reservation forced me and my family to try business with a different U-Haul location the same day at the very last minute. It was all overwhelming because we were pressing for time, but Andrew managed to get me the rental vehicle needed and get me in and out!
Coming to this location ( N. Main) Andrew was quick, very understanding, accommodating and very courteous! My family and I appreciates the customer service, and will be returning here for future trips.”
