“I highly recommend this FedEx location for printing services. I designed products on Canva and ordered them through Canva for pickup at FedEx. FedEx printed my product for me, but there was a small issue with the paper type when I went to pick it up. They were actually the ones that brought the issue up to me to make sure what they printed was what I wanted, and they corrected it right there for me. Not only that, they answered another question I had about a Canva design I was going to submit through the online FedEx order form (less expensive to print that product through FedEx than Canva) and printed it for me while I waited. The employees were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the products I was having printed. I would absolutely recommend them for printing services!”

However, as I was setting myself up for the print station, another customer came in and reamed Adam out when he tried to explain something about missing information, but this lady was just not listening and becoming increasingly rude and aggressive. I could feel myself become incredibly agitated and angry at the way she was talking to him. She was a world-class moron... unbelievably entitled and stupid. But Adam handled it like a champ. Despite her not listening to a single thing he was saying and threatening him, he remained calm and composed whereas I was ITCHING to turn around and give her a piece of my mind. But he got it covered. Managed to cool her down a little and help her on her way. So yeah, huge props to Adam. I don't know how you do it, dude. I sure as heck couldn't. Customer service is tough as nuts.”
