“I wanted to update my review on this store, I am extremely happy that the issues they had have been resolved. They have a new printer and they have knowledgeable, and a very helpful staff. Jimmy, the Print guy is amazing. It was the best service I have received. I feel like they have finally redeeming themselves from a couple issues. I had in the past with their service. I have removed the other review. Just because I feel that they definitely deserve another opportunity especially when they have staff that provides the type of service that Jimmy did.
I am really excited about it because it is the most convenient UPS store for me! I can’t thank them enough.”

“Aviv is awesome. My daughter rented a U-Haul truck to move into her apartment. All went well until I locked the keys in the truck. I called the next morning to explain this fact and he said he was able to use another key to get in and also that I had left the power on (to take a photo of odometer and gas gauge) but he jumped it and said we got lucky and all was good!
Anyways, I thought it was important to not only publicly thank Aviv but point out the effort he exercised to solve the problem. All without calling attention to himself or the extra effort he put into solving MY error! Made my smile after a strenuous moving day. Thank you Aviv!”
“I cannot thank this UPS Store enough! I was in the middle of prepping for an Open House and ran into a printing nightmare—another location had me waiting over 30 minutes before finally telling me their printers were down, leaving me with almost no options.
In a bit of a panic, I called this UPS Store, and Jenna was absolutely amazing. Even though it was last minute and a larger print job, she was so kind, friendly, and willing to get it done right away instead of making me wait until the next day. She went above and beyond when I needed it most.

“I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. “Fantastic Service and Speedy Solutions: I stopped by the UPS Store today to mail a package and was thoroughly impressed by the staff.
I ran into a minor snag when I realized UPS couldn't ship to the PO Box I needed. Before I could even get annoyed, the fantastic team stepped in. They quickly let me know the issue and immediately offered an alternative shipping solution through them, providing the prices and shipping speed right away without me even having to ask.
After sitting in heavy traffic to get there, I was so grateful for their efficiency and proactive help. Although there were other customers in the store, I was greeted by really nice staff and helped almost immediately.

Unfortunately, his coworker came down with pneumonia and he’s been working nonstop. He’s always pleasant even when the customers are unnecessarily snippy. He’s so professional and gets the job done.”
