“Wonderful service, took my granddaughter there for her birthday, they sized her for a bra and really went above and beyond in customer service. The associate whom helped us was Jasmine. Never hesitated for a moment to help us and get my granddaughter fitted. She was wonderful and look forward to see her again when we go back. She was sweet and smiling and just friendly as can be. Made our experience wonderful. Thank you Jasmine .”

“This was my first time in this Ross location and it didn't disappoint! I found Easter shoes for myself and my daughter. Plus matching shirts for my son's, a pair of Summer sandals, something for home decor, our Morkie pup and snacks lol
So happy we stopped in and completed most of our list. I can always count on Ross for great beauty and hair care finds to at great prices
Keep the awesome finds coming Ross and I will definitely be back!!!

“It's Old Navy. The shelves are stocked with clothing stacked neatly. Associates are not pushy and forever helpful. Fitting rooms are are managed well. They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction.
They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”
“Sol helped me out with a sizing issue on some snowboard boots! He walked me through some good alternatives and really gave me his best and personal advice on brands he had used himself. Not only helpful, but very approachable and chill. 10/10! I would come back to hang just to kick it in a comfortable environment!”

“I like Ross because they have a lot of good thing s for a great price, the shelves were decently stocked. I found a lot of Christmas gifts. but the one thing with Ross is that they never have enough cashiers. eventually I got in line a cashier. I went to to say hello but she was annoyed that I had fragile things and absolutely refused to wrap them or put them with pillows I purchased. she seemed very irritated that she had to to use one thin bag to put my item in separate that was breakable. I wasn't going to sit there and argue. she had absolutely no desire to be careful packing the glass items that I purchased. It was like I was putting her out. some of the customer service I've received at Ross before has been good but most of the time the service is like this. I still like the store but I wish the employees would be a little bit more helpful.”
“Just left Buckle with my son and he ended up finding everything he needed there despite looking in several stores. Julian helped him find some jeans and was especially awesome, explaining differences between a few pairs and really helping make that final selection. Bailey was also very helpful, coming to lend an additional hand. Best customer service I have seen in a long while from start to finish. My son just added this store to his regulars.”

“Needed black socks for a black casual dress code for an upcoming JJC Chorale performance, so I came here to buy some socks, but was struggling to find anything that was my size because everything appeared to be grouped 5 to 7 or 8 to 10 or something. One of the employees helped me find the appropriately sized socks that was buried in there and might have been the very last one in stock. I didn’t get her name, but she was very helpful and polite. I even told the cashier so as I was checking out. Safe to say I had a smile on my face walking out the door and will definitely consider returning as a customer in the future.”

“Absolutely love this store not for plus women everything is smaller. I still love love showing here for friends and family. Hopefully one day I get back to pre pregnancy body. I have to give 4 stars tho cause it's not wheel chair friendly to get in an out the building. Temporarily being wheel chair bond it was very difficult to go shopping. Store is clean staff is so friendly clothes are amazingly and fashionable!”
“Went to go shopping for my wife’s 50th birthday the employee Valeria made my shopping experience incredible.
I was a little hesitant on getting help from a store I’ve never been in but she made me feel welcomed and helped me with any questions. My wife is always coming home with shopping bags from Windsor so I can see why she likes this store a lot.
This store was also the only store in the mall with AC.
I would recommend her for any kind of help to anyone.”

“Lana and Steph are amazing- a few days ago I went here with friends and they made us laugh so much and they were just so helpful. Very nice vibes in the store thanks to them also there’s a guy with longer dark blonde hair (he wears a hat i think )that works there often and he is also very amazing I wish I caught his name but he has amazing customer service and brings the hot topic vibes to the store thanks guys!!!:) I will be back also best ht location ever”
