“The experience we had at American mattress in Joliet IL, was wonderful. Chad provided a ton of information regarding different mattresses, options, manufacturing, and quality. He had answers for all our questions. buying a mattress is not an easy purchase it’s something you want but it’s not something that you necessarily need, and he made it a very pleasant and easy experience. Thanks!!!”

“The saleslady, Connie, was very helpful. After I explained what I was looking for she pointed put several possibilities and then let me look around. She also showed me the books of fabrics and again let me take my time. After narrowing it down to 2 fabrics, she showed me a chair with similar fabric. Connie was not pushy , just helpful . It was s pleasant experience. We have bought furniture at Turk’s since 1970s and always are pleased.”

“Chris my salesman was very accommodating. We walked the store twice as he showed me all the bedroom chairs and eventually found the perfect one. It’s a pleasure to have a conversation about other things besides chairs. He took time with me which was greatly appreciated. It’s important for the sales person to show they care.”
