“While walking around Shorewood introducing our cleaning services, we stopped by City Wide Mattress and had a wonderful experience. The owner (who we believe was the owner) was incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering us a cold bottle of Coke while we talked. That simple gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the character of the people behind this business. The store itself was beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was organized, inviting, and professionally presented. It's clear they take pride not only in their products but also in creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality. We truly appreciate meeting good people in our community and wish City Wide Mattress continued success!”

“The saleslady, Connie, was very helpful. After I explained what I was looking for she pointed put several possibilities and then let me look around. She also showed me the books of fabrics and again let me take my time. After narrowing it down to 2 fabrics, she showed me a chair with similar fabric. Connie was not pushy , just helpful . It was s pleasant experience. We have bought furniture at Turk’s since 1970s and always are pleased.”

“Chris my salesman was very accommodating. We walked the store twice as he showed me all the bedroom chairs and eventually found the perfect one. It’s a pleasure to have a conversation about other things besides chairs. He took time with me which was greatly appreciated. It’s important for the sales person to show they care.”
