“If you are getting a new phone, and are technologically challenged, like I am, head over to Boost Mobile on Larkin Ave. and ask for Alex. He switched all my info over to my new phone for me (not his job) and even offered to go out and sync my new phone to my car (certainly not his job). I declined his offer to sync it to my car, but that offer was so going above and beyond in the area of customer service! The next day I went back because I needed help with something and Alex fixed it by pushing 2 buttons (embarrassing for me). He told me to enjoy my vacation, which he remembered I was going on from the day before. Alex is a wonderful asset to that store!”

“Would highly recommend this Verizon store. I made changes to my plan and purchased 2 phones with a Verizon agent over the phone. I then needed to exchange one of the phones. I went to my local Verizon store and they told me to call corporate - then corporate told me I needed to go in store - I was going in circles. I happened upon this Verizon store and they were wonderful. Greeted me upon entering store. Itzel helped me and went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service! She gave me her card and told me I could come back to see her for the next step in my process. I returned to see Itzel but she was not in, so another rep helped me (Isiah, I believe) and he went above and beyond also. Setting up features for me - making what I had to do very easy for me. Felt very confident in his expertise. Customer service at this store is excellent!! Thank you for doing such a great job!”
