She is a truly OUTSTANDING example of SERVICE, and professionalism. After learning that I was told that though my couch would arrive in a couple of days, the loveseat would be 5 weeks behind, Linda did everything she could to find a way to support me, and provide service. No one thought I'd be able to get the loveseat for another 5 long weeks. Imagine my surprise when a day or two after talking to Linda I got a call from Schaumburg informing me that my loveseat could be delivered at the same time or one day later than my couch. I KNOW this was the work of Linda!! She showed so much care and concern for my situation and obviously figured out a way to handle it.
