“Writing this review due to the outstanding service i got from an employee as this is the first time I have ever shopped at Journeys! Before I had come in I witnessed a customer get very mad at the lady that was just trying to help get her a shoe which the customer proceeded to call the employee racist. When i walked in that same employee helped me and she was so very kind and in no way did i feel she was racist at all! I had felt so bad for the way she was treated but even after that she treated me with such kindness and positivity! Great customer service! I didn’t catch her name but I will be coming back because of her! These are the shoes i got!”
“So happy I stumbled across the Zumiez in the Joliet mall today… I found lots of great things for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. The customer Service was immaculate they asked what brand I was looking for and size and found me 3 shirts that I loved and purchased, thanks to their help!!!”
“I order my shoes online , process was easy, I got notified when they were ready for pickup, When I went in the store they greeted me , I picked up my order , Store was very clean , very well stocked, the employees were so friendly and helpful. There was a mark on my shoes I couldn’t tell what it was exactly, they went aboveAnd beyond to help me until I was satisfied . All the while being very friendly .
