“Writing this review due to the outstanding service i got from an employee as this is the first time I have ever shopped at Journeys! Before I had come in I witnessed a customer get very mad at the lady that was just trying to help get her a shoe which the customer proceeded to call the employee racist. When i walked in that same employee helped me and she was so very kind and in no way did i feel she was racist at all! I had felt so bad for the way she was treated but even after that she treated me with such kindness and positivity! Great customer service! I didn’t catch her name but I will be coming back because of her! These are the shoes i got!”
“Truly excellent customer service. I bought a suit, shirt, and tie here and Demetrius helped me and was very kind and patient. He took my measurements and gave solid advice and allowed me all the time needed to get me the proper fit and style. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to make sure they get into the right suit.”
