“I’m giving this facility 5 stars based on my experience. My appointment was for 8:00 AM, but I arrived early at 5:20 AM. They gave me parking immediately and called me just 5 minutes later. They assigned me a dock, I dropped the trailer, and handed in the paperwork (BOLs). By 8:17 AM, they called to tell me the trailer was ready and I was good to go.
In my case, I was hauling dog food. I think the experience might vary depending on the load type, but for me, everything was smooth and pleasant, unlike what others might have experienced. Good luck, and see you on the road, brothers and sisters!”
