“I was forever grateful to Tire Dept manager , to Anthony and to the other personnel in the back for changing our flat tire last Sunday.
Twas almost closing time, but the manager agreed to go on with the work.
We were able to drive home safely. Again, thank you soooooooo much”
“As previously shared, they do not open until 7am CST. I tried to come early (7am when appointment was 9:30am) as was told to come back. But when I came back at 9:25am, they got me on a dock & loaded within 30 minutes. Be a little early, but not more than 30 minutes”

“Easy unloading. It's driver assist but they do all the hard work. Overnight parking and they started unloading me at 6:15Am and out at 7:30am. Appointment was at 08AM”

“Displace was great to pick a load up. I got here at 10 AM for a 12 AM appointment may put me straight to a dock was loaded in 23 minutes. There is plenty of room to maneuver. The lady that checks you in is very nice.”

“Dont arrive too early…… ok to drop trailer though. Went to the kart track for a couple of hours then went to the dog park. Then went in driver’s lounge and took a shower and watched tv. Not a bad place to hang out”

“According to guradshack no overnight parking but you can park on street since its almost deadend no one bothers. Delivery by appointment only try checkin not more than an hour early. Checkin is definitely slow takes 15-20 minutes per truck”
“Good experience overall. The only issue is that their check in ramp is small. Sometimes you gotta wait on road. They don’t have overnight parking but there’s Pilot nearby. The loaders are fast.”

“After looking at some of the previous reviews, we were a little worried about this place, but it must’ve been our lucky day! We checked in at the gate at 8:00 a.m., checked out at 8:51 a.m. All the people that we talked to were nice and friendly. They don’t have overnight parking at this facility, so you will have to find somewhere to stay if you get there the night before your appointment. (That’s why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5) Other than the parking situation, not a bad experience at all!”
“Just leaving this location. I got here at 10:30 AM. My appointment was at 11 AM now it’s 12:15 PM in and out hour and a half. I know I saw some bad reviews but I can only speak for myself and this location is not that bad.”

“Went today for a picnic/car show. Very nice. Plenty of kid friendly things to do. Plus games for all ages. Free lunch provided. Nice cars and raffle prizes. Staff was nice and friendly. We got to tour the facility. My son works here.”

“Well, I share my experience with you today, January 31, reporting to me the lady who receives is very friendly and the one who is in traffic is a very nice person, everyone, I arrived almost at the appointed time and they gave me the door immediately, all the previous publications are false, perhaps the Loading is a little slow but it does come out quickly and everyone is very nice.”
