“I would like to commend the customer service representative Rodell (might not be correct spelling) for the exceptional service that he provided me.I was caught up in the "idiocracy" that occurs anytime I move and attempt to have a seamless transfer of my services. The seamless transfer NEVER happens!!!! He was able to get me equipment that was needed and explain the billing and activation process to me.I was ready to "go postal" but he was very skilled at de-escalating the situation and whatever he is being paid is not nearly enough!!!”
