My husband decided to go to Kar Care for the battery. He was very pleased. Staff is very professional and nice. Kar Care is really a great place to bring your vehicleβ¦.β

βGreat, as always! Delta Sonic Palatine is the BEST facility around. I've been a DS customer for years and have always had a 5 STAR experience. Edwin, the Mgr was great to talk with, on the phone as well as in person.
Aaron who did my Ceramic Protection Package treated my vehicle as if it was his own. When he was done he explained what he did and why and gave me advise on how to maintain it until my next years application.
I would highly recommend this facility, they take pride in what they do.β
βSaturday night, just before closing at 6pm, i stopped to fill my tank. Everything went fine until i couldnβt start my car to pull away from the gas tank. In jumps my hero, Adam, who got a booster for my battery which seemed to be the problem. After several tries, it still wouldnβt start so he offered to push my car away from the pumps to a nearby space. Man, I never thought he could do that! Someone jump in and helped him. He kept an eye on me (Senior citizen) and watch for the tow truck and made sure my son arrived to be with me after the store closed at 6. Adam was so kind and caring and made sure i would be safe after he left! Adam went above and beyond for me! In my eyes, he is the employee of the year! Thanks, Adam!!β
βElise at the return desk, was very helpful and kind, extremely professional. She was able to help even though I did not have the receipt of the automatic adjustable computer desk nor I remember when I bought it. She did her magic work, and was able to receive my full refund. Thank you so much Elise for making shopping at Costco more joyful and easy.β
βAlma took the time to show us around the phone charger displays and made sure we found the exact right thing. I never would have expected such great customer service. I'm going to go out of my way to fill up here!β

βReally nice new gas station/car wash! The gas is not horribly priced compared to some other stations not too far away. Their car wash is really nice too. If you have never, they have a great deal for first time car wash users! It's $9.95 for the first month of unlimited car washes. You also get up to 30 cents off of gas and a free large drink! I also like that they added a Scooters in the area. It's tasty coffee if you have never had!β

βStopped here on our way to my cousin's house. We got gas and snacks. The gas station was very clean and so we're the restrooms. Good place to stop while in the area. Convenient location as well!β

βWoodmans Gas Station in Buffalo Grove often has very good fuel prices which makes it a great place to fill up. The pumps are easy to access and the area is clean and organized. One thing to keep in mind is that they accept only debit cards for the lowest price so it is good to have one ready. Overall it is a reliable and affordable spot for regular refueling.β
βIm confused with all these negative reviews because the team helped out and went above and beyond fixing the front suspension on our Sonata. They were fair and gave us a really good price in my opinion. and now my car is driving better than ever.β

βI really wanted a delta 8 vape and it was past midnight so when I googled one it showed almost all the smoke shops were closed. This place is right down the street from me so I gave it a try, Victor is awesome heβs very knowledgeable when it comes to all of the tobacco, vape and delta 8 products. He recommended one and Iβm really enjoying it, Iβm glad I came here itβs literally a smoke shop/gas station very chill.β

βEncountered service that was above and beyond at this station. Pulled up to get gas but my gas door was frozen shut. Went inside to tell them the situation and the lady working there automatically put her coat on and filled a pitcher of hot water. She came outside with me and poured the hot water on my gas door but it still wouldnβt budge. Another customer asked us if we needed help as I started walking back into my car to see if I could do anything else and like magic, the lady kept trying and was able to open the gas door! I was relieved and able to fill up my gas.
That is some great service and true midwestern friendliness. Thanks so much to the service provided by this particular station and the particular lady working there!β
βAwesome place, they have everything and at good prices. Nicky taught me tonight how to fix air in my tires. I stopped by other place and overpumped it, so she showed how to release the extra and where the recommended pressure info is in my car (front door)! I had no idea. Thank you, Nicky!β

βWow! Iβve been a 711 and Speedway guy for over 15 years. Thorntons has officially won me over for many reasons. The employees actually CARE about YOU. Multiple different employees took their time to help me. They try to help you save money by informing you about the awards/deals etc. The Velo rep (Victor) also has won me over from ZYN which I would go thru 1 a day to now VELO. AMAZING staff members, great deal and beautiful store. Who ever is running this place is doing a great job. This is how you run a successful business.β

βI have been looking all over to find a touch less car wash thatβs gentle... and look no further! I drive here all the way from downtown because itβs simply the best. On weekdays when the main shop is open, they provide free drying towels.β

βExactly as would be expected at such a place.... Quick service, in and out, etc. They have the usual selection of candy, chips and drinks, with a typical selection of phone chargers and other sundries available. It's NOT in cook county, so instead of paying 15 bucks for a pack of smokes, it costs under 10 bucks here. Well worth the extra 10 minutes of driving time.β

βWOW!!! Very nice car wash. Our truck came out so clean and they even have Detail Centers at the vacuum stations, very cool!!! A must try. You will not be disappointed!!! Also today was BOGO so for $25 we got 2 washes.β

βThe lady Kristy and the other gentleman name Zach are so amazing! I was short 3 bucks one day an Zach went into his own pocket to cover it. And he's so nice to my kids! I would have given 5 stars but the guy Brian is so rude and disrespectful! Everytime I come in he makes some kind of mistake and then will try to act like it's my fault! Then he will get so mad he will start shaking. He shouldn't be working in customer service. It's to the point now that when I see that he's working I will just go somewhere else.β
