“I had work done in my garage and porch and needed storage while the work was completed. The storage pod was delivered on time but the work on the porch was delayed several times resulting in the pickup of the pod being delayed twice. I had to reschedule the pick up twice. Dave at Mobile Storage Solutions was easy to work with and the pickup of the pod also went smoothly.
The pod was in great condition and I would use them again when the need for a storage pod arises.”

“I recently had an extraordinary experience with this location, Ms. Kari was very helpful showing me where my unit was at, cleaned it almost right before I got a chance to move in. They use a very interesting combination of Fabuloso to ensure the storage facility stays smelling great and maintaining an extremely high level of cleanliness. Besides that I also got to meet Ms. Berly who very enthusiastically waved hello to me while I was getting a couple tools from my unit, she also came out to introduce herself and even helped me with a couple of things. “I chose this Life Storage location a few weeks ago because of the reviews, and the reviews were NOT just hype. Marty is a helpful and courteous man who is a wealth of information and always friendly. This place is clean, well-lit, and the atmosphere feels safe. The only thing I think could be changed a little is that the overhead garage door stays open longer than it should after the eye has been cleared, but I am new to this storage stuff, so maybe there is a good reason for that. Otherwise, Marty is truly an asset to the company and this location is bright, clean, and wonderful.”
“It’s a very big facility and clean. The carts are very helpful for big loads. And elevators are nice size to fit a couple carts in at one time. It’s secure and the property is well maintained.

“I have had issues with this facility. There are never enough carts and when you finally come across one four buildings down, it only goes in One Direction, which is diagonally. I accidentally left my phone on my desk at work. I needed to get into my unit. This facility does not have anyone in the office, but you can speak to someone through the kiosk. The person who helped me was very friendly, patient, and was able to get me into my unit, even though I didn’t have my passcode. I am very grateful I was able to get in.”

“It's nice to control your own options through the app highly recommend deal with Maria only. She was able to take care of all issues and concerns that I had. Just had a couple small issue with one of the other staff members making me feel like I was at fault for something that I wasn't at fault for so I think I'll come back and change it to five star when I move out and things go smoothly. Rates are really fair and good And they have a great price lock feature prior to moving in with updated security got to love it.
