“We used Extra Space Storage on 1255 Townline Rd. Mundelein, to store belongings for our daughter and son-in-law, who are moving from Ohio.
Chris was SO helpful to us. Not only did he help us decide what size storage to get, he personally walked us over and showed us everything. I had been calling him several times and he was always kind, patient and friendly.
When we had to get the bigger storage because we needed the space, he drove us over to the new unit and showed us everything. I have never met anyone as personable Chris, who goes out of his way to help people.
The building itself is secure and clean. The security cameras are a plus. We rented a well-lit, indoor climate-controlled unit that you can just drive up to. It’s a piece of cake!”

Marty is a helpful and courteous man who is a wealth of information and always friendly. This place is clean, well-lit, and the atmosphere feels safe. The only thing I think could be changed a little is that the overhead garage door stays open longer than it should after the eye has been cleared, but I am new to this storage stuff, so maybe there is a good reason for that. Otherwise, Marty is truly an asset to the company and this location is bright, clean, and wonderful.”

Lots of places are replacing people with robots and machines that don’t know or understand human compassion or logic, so it’s nice to have my belongings at a place with real people managing the grounds and making sure everything is the way it’s supposed to be.”

“It's nice to control your own options through the app highly recommend deal with Maria only. She was able to take care of all issues and concerns that I had. Just had a couple small issue with one of the other staff members making me feel like I was at fault for something that I wasn't at fault for so I think I'll come back and change it to five star when I move out and things go smoothly. Rates are really fair and good And they have a great price lock feature prior to moving in with updated security got to love it.
