“What a great facility!! 10 stars clean!! I was a customer for 5 years and had no complaints. The snow was always cleaned nicely and the staff was great. Kimberly always greeted you with a hello and smile. I once left something outside and they contacted me holding my item in the front office. I had a heated 10x30 unit and it was very tall and spacious. It had lights for the night. Yes you have other choices in BG but this was clean and no mice. Thanks again for helping me with my over flow!”

“This is a fantastic location for Mount Prospect residents, and the manager is a local guy who is extremely helpful and kind: Brent Busse. Not only is he very knowledgeable about everything with leasing a unit and all of the options that would meet our particular needs, because he is a lifelong MP native, he really cares about our customer experience more than most. He is not just a "corporate" face, rather, he treats us like a neighbor and takes time with us. I don't write a lot of reviews but when someone stands out, I want to call attention to them.”

In this age of horrible customer service, it's refreshing when you call a business, the owner picks up straightaway, and you can quickly schedule something or get questions answered. That was our experience with UNITS. Also the machine they use to move the pod is cool. I'd definitely recommend using UNITS over using a self storage place you have to drive to. The price is similar, and you only have to load and unload your stuff once.”

After reserving a locker online, I got a friendly, informative phone call from I think Mark (sorry if I've got it wrong!), who was extremely helpful. I then found a storage unit much closer to home. When I called to cancel with Safeguard I spoke to Dave, who was also very friendly, helpful, and professional and seemed to genuinely want to make sure the new place had the amenities Safeguard does but didn't try to hard-sell me into sticking with them. They were so easy to talk to and so professional. Based on this experience I will definitely be Safeguard to friends and family who live closer to Palatine.”
