“I loved their free diagnostic exam for my feet, it helped me confirm and discover a lot of points about my necessities regarding my personal way of walking and feet structure. Staff is very helpful and guided me through diverse shoe models evaluation, they listen to you and give you the best type of shoe you need. Definitely recommend coming and take the exam so you know what's best for your feet even if you work retail.”

“I've visited this store a couple of times—once to purchase a gift card and more recently to pick up some items for a die-hard Cubs fan friend of mine. The store is clean, welcoming, and well laid out, with just about everything a sports fan could ever want.
My friend and I now live in Florida, so it was special to bring a little piece of Wrigley Field to him. The gentleman who helped me at checkout was friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. He made me feel like I was at home and like I had been a longtime customer.
Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, but you'll definitely experience it at Clark Street Sports. On top of the outstanding service, their merchandise is well-priced. I highly recommend stopping in if you're looking for quality sports memorabilia and a great shopping experience.”
“Star Pro Shop is a local leader amongst bowlers. Their pricing is competitive with no hidden costs. The turn around time is unbeatable, even for out of stock items. Their knowledge base is far beyond just equipment. They go above and beyond to know their clients and their bowling styles to make recommendations and give honest feedback. They even offer coaching! The staff is friendly and it’s obvious how much they love all the sport. You won’t go to any tournament around without seeing someone repping Star Pro Shop on their jersey!”

“Stopped in today to get new sneakers, and had a great experience.
It’s been a year since my last purchase at Peak. I have had 3 iterations of the same shoes that I loved. I expected to just update to the latest version of the same shoes. Megan brought a pair of shoes out and the newest version was not comfortable.
I explained what I didn’t like about the newest sneaker. Megan found me two great alternatives. She then grabbed a laptop and walked me through all the color options to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

“When I was a kid I sometimes got dropped off at my aunt’s house in LaGrange, and my little cousin and I would skateboard here bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, dying to get a glimpse at some Yu-Gi-Oh! cards in the display case or buy a few packs or cards of our own. Yes Steven has that very dry sense of humor and droll attitude that some people might not like, but that’s PART of Steven’s experience! He’s never mean. We LOVED going and talking to him, sometimes he would get a little aggravated with us and we would turn to each other and giggle, and he would talk to us about the card game and help us understand things. If I could go back in time and relive those core memories I would without a second guess, times were much simpler when we skateboarded down the street to Steven’s. He also taught us a lot of invaluable lessons! One I still use to this day! (Read the fine print on eBay listings, they’ll send you an empty box if they can!)”

Skate sharpening, minor repairs ability and an extensive equipment inventory make this a great store. I have bought multiple ice hockey skates, inline skates, and figure skates for my kid at this store.”
“Highly recommend this Play it again sports for all your athletic and fitness equipment needs, their battling cages in the back, and custom apparel made! I have taken my kids in for volleyball knee pads, ice skates, soccer cleats, shin guards, etc, and weights for myself. The staff is always friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for.
As a business owner, I use their battling cage space in the back for mom and me classes. They are so welcoming and accommodating to me and our families.
Lastly, just used them to make custom hoodies for our members and they did a great job! They were reasonably priced, great quality, and were available quickly. This business, owner, and staff are great!”
“We’ve been to 4 other bike shops today looking for an E Bike for my mom. Met with mediocre customer service from all shops until we found Kozy! Luis was incredible! So nice, not pushy, and so quick to answer questions and get us exactly what we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back to this shop for all future bike needs! “I have to give a big thank you to TPS Team Gear and Nick Heiden! My husband ordered a hat. It never came. He called spoke with Nick. Nick hand delivered a new hat to us and left it on the porch… on Dec 23rd so we would have it for Christmas. A donation company came about 15 minutes later and took the hat along with the donation items. Upon hearing this, Nick sent another new hat. No one replaces things for free anymore especially when it isn’t their fault. Thanks TPS and Nick! Such great customer service = lasting customers! We’ll be ordering from you again soon!”
“I had to stop at City Sports to get me a ball cap. Thats like the number one thing for me to do when I go out of town. I found a real cool Chicago Cubs New Era cap with a red bill. The store owner was really cool and gave me a little discount since a brotha was from out of town. I wish the Chi town drivers were a little more accomodating but hay.lol”

Literally was looking for a Norway jersey and no other place had them in stock. I was able to get two jerseys in my size. I don't play soccer but they had plenty of gear on site.
