“i’ve had to come here a few times to drop off online return orders, including some from amazon. the front desk people are very helpful. one woman helped me last time and she walked me through how to get amazon on the phone promptly so that i could get more return labels (they hadn’t sent me enough) and then she helped me quickly print those labels in the store. parking out front is somewhat difficult due to limited street parking and busy street but i’ve been lucky every time i’ve come.”

“I was a customer for 11 years. Aviv and Tammy are an incredibly helpful couple who will go out of their way to help you.
Even before I moved to the area, when I contacted them by phone, Tammy was incredibly helpful setting up a mailbox for me and my parents.
On day 1 in Westmont, I lost my wallet during the chaos of the move, and Aviv and Tammy went out of their way to help me retrace my steps. They even pulled up security footage so I could check for my wallet both in the store and in the parking lot.
And finally, on the last week of my move out of Illinois, one of the most stressful periods of my life, both Aviv and Tammy went above and beyond. They helped me package some bulky items that wouldn't fit in my car or in the cargo container (this was a joint effort that involved quite a bit of muscle), offered me different options for rentals that in hindsight would have saved me money, and were just there for me with support and reassurance to the very last day.

“I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. To say they went over and beyond for me is an understatement. My wrist was messed up and I couldn't have done it myself. Big Kudos that real gentleman works at the Westchester office.”

No other location has provided the service and positive attitude that he displayed at this location. We live in a world of quick negative feedback to be shared and not enough positive feedback.
