Then I brought it to 1st Class Auto Repair, and they figured out what everyone else couldn’t. They actually took the time to diagnose the issue properly instead of just guessing and replacing random parts. The difference in knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism was night and day. My F150 is running great now, and I seriously wish I would’ve brought it here first. It would’ve saved me a lot of time, stress, and money. If other shops can’t figure out your car, bring it to 1st Class Auto Repair. “It's I great place to take your car for any repair, I had electric problem and he check all the harness and fix the problems the car had he olso find other issues wrong with the car and he help me fix it. He is very honest and help when you can find a part. It olso had some mechanical parts that it need it and he help me change those parts, he did an inspection of all the car and sugested which components should be change next. Overall he is a awesome mechanic will defenitly do business again”

Thanks to his advice + diagnostics, I called them and ended up getting an engine replacement for free instead of paying out of pocket for a new one. “Best auto shop I've been to. They are professional, and detailed. They give itemized receipts, and even explain what's wrong, what they need to do, and why if you ask. You can also decline work from them with no hard feelings, so it doesn't feel like they are making stuff up to scam you. Just look at the review score, and the quantity compared to other local owned shops - nothing in the world will please literally 100% of people, but 94% of all customers from internet reviews is *really* good. Work is always exceptional, and the owner is frequently around to any questions that come up. Have referred several friends to them (there's no referral program or kickback - I just refer good services to those know), and my family has gone for years.”
“Seem like very honest business. Called and explained the issues I was having and looking for a quote on new spark plugs. My Jeep takes 16 plugs so it’s an expensive service. Instead of selling me a service I likely didn’t need, he gave some great advice about other things to check first before even spending money on a diagnostic service. Never actually been here before but it’s the first place I’ll go the next time I have an issue with any of my vehicles. Honesty goes a long way!”

“These guys are amazing. Trans blew in my f150. Called them up and they had a tow truck out 1 hr away that day to pick up my truck from the dealer. Very inexpensive tow as well. “Recently, I accidentally pulled off my gas cap cover on my car when it got stuck, I decided to stop at A-Z Auto Repair and talked to Robb Schultz the owner and told him about the problem with my car.
Although Robb was busy also dealing with other customers, he took the time to come outside to my car and manually got the gas cap cover on my car.I wanted to give Robb compensation,a little cash for his time.
He outright refused and asked me to bring in my car for any future service I needed.
