“The tellers are very polite and always greet my children if they know I have them with me. They are all very helpful and fast to get you on your way. The only downside is the mobile app. It is down right awful and seldom ever works. I live out of town so I use to love to utilize it when it was working but now I have to make a trip to get whatever I need done. I may have to switch banks out of convenience.”

“This is a great place to bank. I trust this bank to operate ethically and with my interest in mind. The employees are kind, helpful, and they offer a full range of services, from traditional accounts, online banking app, a few convenient branches, a drive-through, safe deposit boxes, a trust department, etc. They decorated the interior with photos of old La Salle, and I really love that. They often have cookies, and comfortable seating areas, which I like when I bring clients to the bank for estates. The employees participate in helping La Salle and the building and grounds are always attractively maintained and always welcoming. I highly recommend Hometown (though I miss the old name, La Salle National Bank).”

“Well, I've only had two banks in my life. Heartland and these guys. I set up my account at Heartland to deny any sort of overdrafts or purchases that would put me in the red. Never stopped them and continued to just suck up all my funds. This one however hasn't done that, not to mention their staff is much more courteous.”
