“Truly the best store owners! We stopped in the morning due to some tire issues and arrived before they opened, but the store owners helped us anyways. Love the air compressor built into the front of the store for filling up tires outside the store (see bottom right corner of picture). Ask about the history of the store and know that you’re supporting a local business that really cares about their customers. My heart warmed when they said “we don’t have customers, we only have friends”.”

“I had a great experience shopping here. The worker's always went out of their way to help me with anything I needed and we're so patient. They are very respectful and compassionate. Who ever is doing the hiring process deserves a raise because I have been here multiple times and it is very rare that all a business's employees are so welcoming and helpful and yet not overbearing. I enjoyed shopping her and came back with my children. My feet were so swollen and the shoes the worker recommended had my feet feeling well and less swollen the next day. “Decent prices if you're willing to dig around a bit and aren't an especially tough size. Clearance pricing good for clothing and shoes for men and women but not the cheapest for kids sizes. Will come back but will do so before I'm desperate for new shoes for the little one so that it's not a rush. Felt more outlet style than clearance but worked out well and birthday teenager got good stuff.”

“I visited the Carter / Oshgosh store in Gurnee Mills today on a hunt for Winnie the Poo items for a baby shower. AYLA was extreamly helpful, took us directly to where she felt they would be. Unfortunately they were sold out with the season changing. Then we asked for a super fluffy bigger blanket not the small swaddle blankets. AYLA walked us to the front of the store and showed us a few options. As we were browsing around to see what else caught our Eye, AYLA walked up with a very thick cream colored larger blanket. I was shocked I honestly thought she had moved on to something else. NO, AYLA continued to look for options even though we were not following her. I have been in retail for over 30 years, seen so many different styles of customer service. This is exactly how it should be, interact, ask questions building a repor with the customers . . This will build sales and cliental more then anything I know. . GREAT JOB AYLA. . .THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND.”

“Great skate park. A little bit of something for every skill level. Staff is great. Watched the instructor giving lessons and would highly recommend, taught skills and park etiquette as he went. Most people there took time to help teach others and were very respectful of others. Not our first visit there and will gladly go back.”
